“We ordered a quantity of 4 conifers from the Ashwood website, it took a week from "dispatch" and then the delivery date was changed by the courier. The website stated that the height of the conifers were 4 foot tall. The height of the box which was delivered was 4 foot, but when the box was opened, the 4 conifers were only approx 1foot 6" tall, is this correct, is the website stating incorrect information??? Looking forward to your reply.”

“The plants arrived packed in a box with protective styrofoam, which was great, however, the plants themselves were packed in newspaper, which did not protect them very well amongst each other. Some of the plants look quite bashed and have broken leaves, unfortunately.”

“It's very good ti see you can buy a lot of plants and beautiful flowers but actually it's a pity that the delivery costs for Italy are so huge, thus I decided to buy only seeds!! You should try to decrease the delivery cost as it seems quite unsustainable to pay for the delivery more than you pay for the desired flowers!”

“Never actually bought anything! Asked to be e-mailed when Skimmia Japonica Magic Marlot was back in stock - which I was - so ordered the day I got the e-mail, only to be e-mailed back that it was out of stock again! Very frustrating!”
