“I bought five different Hepatica's on-line from Ashwood Nurseries in February 2025. The plants are lovely, very well packed and sent quite quickly. I've been gardening and designing with plants for 40 years, and most people would describe me as a very VERY serious gardener (inc for rare and specialist plants, and for creating stylish cottage-type flower gardens), so I am not new to any of this. But in recent years I have increasingly used more specialist suppliers with on-line postal sales like Ashwood, and that's working very well for me. So, yes - very nice plants and perfect service from Ashwood.”

“We placed an order for a mixed collection. This was acknowledged and delivery made within 3 days of ordering. Plants were securely packed and in good condition. There was a 'similarity' problem with one of the plants and we contacted Ashwood concerning this. Again the response was very quick and we were asked to send a couple of photos to clarify our concern. Further to this we were offered a replacement plant without any other questions. In today's society Customer Service is a key issue where many companies ie) British Gas fall down. However in this area Ashwood have excelled not only in dealing very promptly and efficiently with our order but also in the manner they dealt with our contact following receipt of the order. We could not recommend Ashwood more highly.”

“I put in an enquiry many months ago for notification when these plant came in and Ashwood sent me a message through as soon as they arrived in stock. I immediately ordered and the 2 Copper Beauty Lonicera Henryi were delivered a few days ago. The plants were well packaged in strong cardboard and securely held in place during transit, so arrived in perfect condition. The quality of Ashwood Nurseries plant's is outstanding and they are so beautiful, healthy and well established. These 2 are no exception and growing well in their delivery pots. As soon as the weather improves it will be a delight getting these planted up to encourage more wildlife. Thanks again terrific service.”
