“The service from the company was 1st class good price very helpful when asked questions and delivered when they said. The only thing that let it all down was the delivery driver. Now I know the policy is to drop it at the front of the house!! And it's down to the discretion of the driver to change. But when asked if he could please deliver to the back of the house (good access) and he says yes no problem!! I will find the back!! I shut the front door go and open the back gate, and find that he's just left it all at the front of the house and gone!! Didn't even attempt to deliver to the back. My advice if this happens to anyone DON'T sign the delivery note until its where it has been agreed that driver will leave it. This action spoilt what was a very positive purchase from the company,”

Hi Scott. Really sorry about this. We are very close to changing our number across to a free of charge as know this is a problem. If you would like to email us we will arrange a refund of the fee incurred. When it is out of hours i.e the weekend the calls are forwarded to our works mobiles so that if we are avilable we can take the calls. Kind regards, Amy Sales Manager

“Ordered SuperPlay and quality of product was excellent. Would have been 5stars but for the astronomical delivery charge of £65. In this day and age if you can’t negotiate a better delivery deal customers will go elsewhere.”

“Whilst I am quite happy with the product and the price, it was disappointing to have had to pay someone to wait on site on the pre-arranged delivery day, only for the grass not to arrive. When contacted by Tufnells, the transport company used by Artificial Grass Direct, they were very apologetic but it still cost me a days' wages for a labourer to hang around all day. The finished garden look good, however.”
