“Best ever service I have received online yet. Staff are excellent and after a brief discussion with a team member, he actually e mailed me an image of the bracelet because he was concerned the item I ordered would not be to my satisfaction. “I ordered a braclet on the Thursday for my fiancee's birthday the following Tuesday and was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time. I was amazed when it arrived by post the very next day (the Friday)! Also, the day I placed the order, their Ecommerce Manager e-mailed me as the colouring of the braclet shown on the website varied slightly to the actually colour - I thought this was very efficient and extremely good customer service. I'll definitely visit the Burns Jewellers website first before I next purchase any jewellery.”
