“Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size ring and when I rang to see if they had my correct size they arranged for it to be collected from a local branch of Swarovski the next day. Staff at the Customer Service Centre and also the Swarovski branch in Wigan were fantastic and I can't speak highly enough of them for their faultless service- especially Johnny at Burns. All staff were very helpful and would definitely shop with Burns again.”
