Hi James Thanks for making the time to leave a review. AS you had not contacted us directly we were unaware you had not recieved your order until reading thisd review, we could have rectified this earlier had you contacted us . Just to reassure you we send orders out usually the same day. AS you placed your order at 6pm Saturday 23rd April, we sent out at around 10am on Monday 25th April, so you should have received it by now. WE will contact you directly to fix this. Cheap poppers made vision poor for several weeks ( still blurry ) and lips blue as contain isopropyl. One bottle arrived with seal broken and other cap not put on correctly so leaked Used for last 3 orders but won’t anymore

You placed your order at around 5pm on Tuesday 16th January & we posted it at around 10am the next morning. Hi William Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. You purchased 2 different best selling brands totalling several bottles, so its a little unusual for all of them not to open. The caps are childproof safety caps, if you push the cap down as you twist it the bottle shpuld open. parcel arrived poorly wrapped 2 bottles damaged and empty. I hope the delivery driver/handler was not affected.

Hi Valery. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review & apologies your parcel appears to have been damaged. Ss you have not contacted us directly we were unaware until reading your review that there has been an issue. Im puzzled at the package being poorly wrapped as given you ordered 2 x 5 packs, each 5 pack will have been securely wrapped in tape & cardboard & both parcels sealed in a tightly wrapped Poly Bag. i can only think its been damaged in transit, as you can see most of the reviews comment on how well packed our orders are. Humans can however make mistakes , so apologies if indeed it was our fault We will contact you directly to look at replacing the 2 bottles that appear to have leaked. Hi Graham thanks for taking the time to leave a review Please be assured we send all parcels out without delay, as the timeline on the international tracking of your parcel shows. On checking the tracking of your international parcel ( we emailed you the tracking details via email @ 8-36am 04/10/23 ) it appears to have been returned to the uk by customs in your country, but then shows UK have sent it back to your country. We will email you directly in order to arrange a refund for you, as given we sent your parcel on 4th October ie the same day you placed your order with us, it should have been delivered by now. Hi Joel thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am a little puzzled to read this review as you emailed us on 16th August @ 19.05pm saying the order had not been delivered & we replied at 19.43pm with the tracking link showing the signature & the name of the person who took the delivery in & signed for it at 12.04pm on Weds 16th August & we did not hear back from you. Whilst i apprceiate your frustration i must refute the suggetsion that this is pure theft. We respomded to your email 38 minutes after you contacted us, we provided the above proof of delivery and we have not heard from you since. WE will contact you agin re the matter, howeber the content of your review makes no mention of the above timlimes & the documented events i mention. You placed your order at 19.24pm on Friday 22nd August and we sent your order out at around 10am on the Saturday morning . Hi Robert Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are howver a little puzzled as you have not contacted us directly about this directly , the first we knew was hwne we read your review. WE always turn orders around very quickly; you ordered at 6-55am on Thurs 3rd August & we sent your order out the same day. an attempt to deliver your Special Delivery parcel was made on Friday 4th August at 10-15am & again at 8-31am on Saturday 5th August. As there was no reply at the address a red & white " we missed you " card was left advisng of the process to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office. As the parcel had been at the delivery office since Sat 5/8/23 the tracking shows that the parcel was held until this morning ( friday 25/8 ) and the parcel has now been retruned to us which we are likley to recieve within the next 7-10 days. We will issue a refund for you this evening. Reading this review is the first we knew of the situation - any orders returned to us we refund no quibble, thats good customer service someting we pride oursleves in. I’m sorry guys but that just was not Jungle Juice Black that I bought in that funny shaped bottle. There was no kick, a very, VERY weak feeling, which left me extremely disappointed.

Hi Neil , thanks for taking the time to leave a review We dont manufacture product, we buy from suppliers / wholesalers . A quick google has shown me numerous different designs of bottle/label for Jungle Juice on the internet. There must be several companies producing versions of Jungle juice. We have lots of different brands on our website, maybe another brand may be better for you, as its very much an individual preference as to what people prefer. We will however contact you directly to progress this Assured of the bets possible service & products at all times The AromaromaUk team NB We actively encourage customers to leave reviews, however its always a good dea to contact us directly as well by replying to your order confirmation email. The reason i say this is because we dont always get the reviews emailed to us, as indeed was the case with this one. Had we been contacted at the same time the review was left we could have dealt with it immediatley, wheras the review had been on the site for some 3 days before we noticed it - this is not a criticism of the customer in anyway, we have a great customer service record as the reviews show, but we cant fix anyhing a customer is unhappy about quickly if we are not aware of it & we very much pride ourselves in giving a dazzling customer service.

A complete scam. Basically 3 bottles of what can only be described as heavily watered down rubbing alcohol. Shameful. Will be using my fairly large platform to warn others about your shame product

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review I can see you have left 3 reviews about this consecutively on the reviews site & that we shipped them to the other side of the world for you - i will copy this reply into your other reviews for completeness We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try another brand next time if the one you ordered was not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brands you chose were some of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better. It is also possible that maybe Aromas are not for you, given that none of the 3 different brands where suitabe for you.
