“Products are good. Shipping is usually fast and efficient. Should be 5 STARS My only complaint is that I shouldn't have to pay 20% VAT because the goods are exported outside of the UK & EU. HM Revenue seems to agree but not Aromaromauk.”

“Items arrived well packaged but still leaking from one of the bottles. No email confirming order or dispatch. Just felt it was all a bit poor. Done know whether I could say that my order arrived on time as I wasn’t sent anything to know when to expect it”

Hi Lee Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, as you have not contacted us directly re a leaking bottle we were unaware until reading the review. We will contact you directly in order to progress the leaking bottle. Leakers are quite unusual, albeit there can be the odd one, which wouldnt have manifested itself when we packed or we would have replaced it with another bottle. Just to reassure you, we never delay sending orders out. When we have completed the order we send out an order confirmation email which you received @ 13.42 9/11/23 - you placed your order at 12.08pm the same day. AS you had chosen the YodelDirect delivery option, unfortunately the courier had already collected that day, so your order was sent out with the courier first thing Friday 10th November & delivered on Monday 13th November, which is about average for YodelDirect. Hi Sultan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review You should have recieved an email directly from the carrier shortly after the parcel was scanned in as they collected it, this usually works like clockworkso apologies if it didnt happen on this occaison; i will raise it with the carrier in order to try & prevent this from happening again to any other customer. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Chris We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try another brand next time if the one you ordered was not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brand you chose was one of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better. “The product is good but not as good as it's description, especially with regards it's intensity & longevity. I also had to wait nearly three weeks for the product to arrive due to it being lost in the post.”

“Aromas fantastic. But the delivery company terrible. Took near on 7 days to arrive by Yodel. Perhaps consider using UPS. who's delivery service is superior. Pay slightly more but most products are delivered the day after ordering”

Thanks for taking time to leave a review & apologies the delivery was not as timely as you/we would have liked . You placed your order around 4-30pm on Tuesday 24/1 , your order was packed that evening & dropped at the couriers parcel shop at approx 10am on the morning of Weds 25/1 as the tracking link supplied clearly shows ( we ALWAYS turn around orders very quickly ). Unfortunately on reviewing the couriers tracking this evening 7/2/23, the parcels we droppoed off on Weds 25/1 were not collected on that day and were collected on Thursday 26/1 & its this that is the case of the delay- i cant determine now ie 2 weeks after the event, if the courier collected early on that day & we missed the courier or if they didnt collect on that day. This is quite unusaul & is particularly dissapointing given we send orders out so speedily. Apologies again, we will look to run a trial with UPS & see if their service is quicker or more consistent, however in truth, if UPS fail to collect on any given day then i would expect that they would also experience a similar delay in the delivery timeline. Hi Kakha Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies your order was not delivered quite as quickly as we both would have liked Unfortunately the Royal Mail strike action in December, often 2 days a week, saw courier companies processing millions of additional items within their networks that would have usually gone via Royal Mail. Our delivery timeline of 1-3 days is only an approximate guide of the timeline, in fairness, this is usually quite accurate with the odd exception & given the activity in the UK parcel delivery sector in December it just wasn't possible to project an accurate timeline to any degree. The benefit of the Couriers tracking system is that it clearly shows the order you placed on Sunday we sent with them on Monday at 7-37am ie we did not delay. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed in transit mid-week due to the millions of extra parcels in their network as was featured on the news almost daily and was not delivered until Saturday. We used the same courier as M&S who also encountered delays, no company or website was spared and I appreciate your frustration and dissatisfaction, as we felt the same and we could not influence it or change it in any way. The good news as I write this reply on 14/1/23 is that this week we have seen some normality in the home delivery sector, with the 3 companies we use for deliveries all delivering far quicker than in December, many parcels have been delivered the next day when sent on a standard delivery service. Apologies again for the delays we all suffered in December as consumers from the delivery companies as i experienced delays similar to yours for purchases I made online so fully appreciate how annoying it is. thanks for ordering from us and its great for us to be able to update you that we commence the year with much-improved service from the delivery companies. We can't improve on the time it takes us to send orders out im afraid as we are quicker than lightning!! “Yeah in my recent order was quick and safe delivery unfortunately there is an issue with one of the bottles as opened it and there was absolutely nothing no effect so a bit dissapointed and opened another which was not too bad but not as strong as the similar bottle. Usually never had a problem but wont be ordering that one again.”

“as usual, the order process was easy, and the product was shipped quickly. However, now, the shipping is done by yodel, and it took 1 week to arrive. This is a very bad reduction of service levels.”

Hi Stephen Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. You placed your order at 2-30PM on Friday 12th August and it was delivered 3 working days ( 5 calendar days ) later on Wednesday 17th August, so the order was delivered in well under a week - im not trying to split hairs rather think its important any reviews left are accurate & balanced. Remember there is always the choice of first class post or next day special delivery which tends to be quicker. Thanks for shopping with us The AromaromaUk team
