Certainly, I am disappointed that your poppers don't live up to the inflated claims you make. I have ordered one after another, and have yet to find one that has a hit that lasts consistantly, beyond one night.

I'm really disappointed with my last batch of aromas. They just don't last. One use and they are done, no potency at all and I store them just as I normally would. Such a shame :-(

WE always turn order around very quickly ie we never delay sending customer orders out, we posted your order at around 10am on Saturday 24th February ie a few hours after you had placed your order. Turned up with broken cap and was all in the plastic wraiping inside a peace of cardboard may of happened in transit or when postman posted in letter box

I am not happy with my recent purchase. The poppers were neither strong nor long-lasting . All bottles were of inferior quality and I was very disappointed.

Don't know its not arrived yet. Yodel courier is less than helpful in tracking any delivery and I am not sure why it is used at all. Royal mail works far better, if i order before 12 noon I can almost guarantee I will receive the delivery by 1st class post the next day. Yodel take far longer !!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review As per our email comms, great to see that you have recieved your parcel. We never delay sending orders out with most being sent out the same day the orders are received. Our free delivery service on orders over £20 is indeed via YodelDirect. Should you require delivery by another method please select from the options at checkout, noting the only free delivery option is courier, so the other options are chargable as shown at chcekout. Your order was sent out using the International tracked service the same day you placed your order ie Weds 23rd August; we provided you with the tracking link on the same day via email at 8-13am UK time. Product is absolutely fine, however this last experience with delivery was not good, took 6 days!via a courier, first 2 orders were next day, don’t think I will be buying again unfortunately Regards Ian

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Apologies that the courier service took a lottle longer than we would have both liked to deliver your order. We turn orders around very quickly, as your order was placed at 4-30pm on a Monday this missed the courier collection, so it was Tuesday AM when we dropped your parcel off at the YodelDirect parcel shop & it was collected from there the same day ( Tuesday ) & bagan its journey. Unfortunatly in your case it did indeed take the courier perhaps a few days longer to be delivered than would usualyy be the case. Not ideal i accept & a little frustrating for us both, however in fairness in recent months even though the courier is the cheapest of our delivery options, it is often quicker than 1st class. Thanks for ordering from us & again I would just like to reassure you that we do not delay sending orders out. Unfortunatly on occasion no matter which shipping method is used , the carrier can take a little linger than expected, as I am sure you will have experienced yourself occaisionally if you have indded sent a parcel yourself. The delivery driver chucked the package over a 6foot fence in to my back garden wear it sat in the wet grass for 5 days before I found it, driver didn't even think to knock on the door or leave a note as I was home all day the day it was "delivered"

My parcel came relatively quickly but my one issue is that te caps once opened do not securely tighten to make the bottle air tight . This then leads to the poppers losing strength and evaporating more quickly and this is why I left my last supplier not very good value for money

The tracking detail we sent you shows that the order has stopped tracking, so dissapointing for us both when you placed your order at 9pm & your order was sent out at 10am the next day as the tracking shows . Thanks for taking the time to leave a review We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try other brands next time if the ones you ordered were not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brands you chose were some of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better - its all doen to personal preference Just to reassure you and anyone reading this, we only buy from manufacturers and do not sell "knock offs " as you suggested.
