“I received flowers this morning, they were left on my doorstep when I took a few minutes to answer. The flowers are beautiful and fresh but the vase is smashed. I could hear that the glass was broken as I picked up the box so I'm sure the delivery driver would have been aware.”

“We were extremely disappointed that our flowers did not arrive on the requested day apparently due to an unfortunate breakdown However following communication with Ruth and a sincere apology we were given a 15% discount and on arrival the flowers were lovely. As an added bonus we were offered a free upgrade on our next order. Based on this excellent customer service I decide to give a 4 star rating.”
“I made a mistake on an address. Arena co tacked me first unsuccessfully by phone and secondly by email (an 8 hour time difference between me in oregon USA and anyone in the UK always makes contact a adventure). My mistake was rectified and flowers passed from the wrong address to the correct one. The loss of the fifth star is because I don't understand why the delivery person left the flowers at the wrong address once the error was discovered. They should really have been returned to the store/warehouse.”
