“Ordered same day delivery that never arrived (issue with 3rd party). Obviously very disappointing. However, Arena handled the aftermath quickly and very professionally so happy to use them again.”

“Despite Arena Flowers saying that they were delivered on 14th February (as booked), the recipient actually received on 13th. She was very happy and satisfied so it seems good value for money.”

“I did have a problem with the "color" of my flowers (the arrangement itself was exquisite) sent to Canada with ARENA flowers but since they have been in touch with me and profusely apologised. Therefore with the recent technicality and service I will be using this company for my Christmas flower arrangements Therefore thanks ARENA Flowers for sorting out my problem Joan Stevens Whitley Bay England”

“We were extremely disappointed that our flowers did not arrive on the requested day apparently due to an unfortunate breakdown However following communication with Ruth and a sincere apology we were given a 15% discount and on arrival the flowers were lovely. As an added bonus we were offered a free upgrade on our next order. Based on this excellent customer service I decide to give a 4 star rating.”

“I made a mistake on an address. Arena co tacked me first unsuccessfully by phone and secondly by email (an 8 hour time difference between me in oregon USA and anyone in the UK always makes contact a adventure). My mistake was rectified and flowers passed from the wrong address to the correct one. The loss of the fifth star is because I don't understand why the delivery person left the flowers at the wrong address once the error was discovered. They should really have been returned to the store/warehouse.”

“I recently ordered a bouquet from Arena and they were stunning, just as shown on their website. Their prices are extremely competitive and I will certainly use them anytime I need a flowery gift. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I believe there is always room for improvement, however, I do believe Arena are going to be hard pressed to improve on what they already offer to their customers. Highly recommended. Thanks Arena.”
