“Flowers were just as expected, arrived on time, well packaged (in a box). The only negative point is the quality & printing on the accompanying card, it looked cheap & the printing was very basic and completely off centre.”
“The flowers were very nice. Shame the delivery guy paid no attention to the special instructions. I asked for them to be left round the back of the house if the greets was no answer but they were left out the front for all and sundry to see. According to the neighbour who very kindly took them in, he didn't even wait for someone to answer the door. Just knocked and dumped them.
So, good flowers, very bad delivery service.”

One small disappointment was the balloon that came with it. unfortunately the balloon didn't last long at all, it went down very quickly (perhaps it had a small hole in it). I'm informing your company of this as perhaps others had the same experience?”
“I have used these guys a number of times and they always deliver on-time and very nice arrangements. Living overseas it is good to know things get done properly back 'home' in the UK and having a reliable florist is extremely useful to me. They added extras like balloons and chocs etc are also handy!”
