Orders flowers in a vase for 82 year old aunt, hugely dissatisfied with the picture aunt sent us of flowers, The flowers were £36 and I have had better glowers from Tesco for £6. The picture was hugely misleading online, also there were no Lily’s in the bouquet sent. Had used this company before and was so pleased with not sure if it’s new people but was shocked and upset. The great news is that after complaint they sent another bouquet the following day, when aunt send us a pic the flowers were much better eg they had some Lily’s in the bouquet. So I happy with the service from Chris but a little hesitant to use this company again which is a shame as the Xmas flowers were fabulous.

The time of delivery was poor the yodel driver passed the address and could have delivered before 1735 hrs so instead of a surprise for my wife I had to ring her and ask her to work late!!!!!!!

Good afternoon, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. As you may imagine it was a very busy day for our external courier service on Valentine's Day. The driver may have passed the address, however the route he has been given in the morning of that day was arranged differently, also as stated online our flowers can be delivered up until 6pm which was the case on this occasion. Booked delivery for today for the 09:00- 18:00 slot. Delivery arrived at 19:46.

I had problems with inputting my payment details - I had to try 3 times. Also, I am being addressed as MRS K L with no surname. The instructions are not always clear. However, the flower choice is great and they look very fresh. I hope they will turn out to be so when they arrive with my friend.

We have passed the issue on to our IT team in regards to the payment and we hope that this will be fixed as soon as possible. In regards to your comment about your name, we use the names which are given to us for the bankcard. Unfortunately, sometimes only initials will be used, for the first name and therefore we have only addressed you with that. However, we have now changed this in our system as well. I have not been able to use my password or even change it, which is frustrating. Also your site does not give me the cost in US dollars which I was trying to find out. That is annoying, so in the future I will probably not use your company again.

I have used Arena on many occasions but this is the first time I actually saw the flowers as they were all for friends/relations. The recipients have always been delighted with them but I was disappointed to see how quickly the leaves turned yellow and faded and the flowers were almost at the end of their life within 8 days. There was a large collection of flowers from others and all looked so much fresher. I do hope this was a one off

Flowers were delivered and although I didn't see them for myself the recipient said they were lovely. Purchased through top cashback website...very disappointed my cash back claim has been rejected by retailler.

Lovely flowers, reliable service, promotion codes do not always work though and items have on occasion been left out on delivery.

Ordering was fine they used Yodell as the courier which was okay but as its a normal courier it can come anytime upto 6pm in the evening, most other e-florists use local partners who deliver on the morning, which helps. The courier just knocks on the door and leaves on the door step. The flowers themselves were okay also, not exactly what it looks like when ordering from their website, much smaller. They were really well packaged.

Flowers arrived on time and in good condition apart from 2 of the roses had broken off the stem. The box was a bit battered but I'm sure this is a courier issue rather than with Arena themselves. I would use again but if I had any more damaged flowers I would dump them.

Hello! Thank you, you did almost well, BUT I ordered "Happy Birthday Balloon Giftset £19.99" and you delivered only ONE balloon! It was disappointing.. And the difference is around 14.. I would like to have it back. I really hope it is rare mistake, beside this moment, flowers, photo, delivery were great! I really hope next time there is gonna be no mistakes. Thank you. Ksenia

Flowers arrived looking a bit old and dry with some missing petals. I bought the flowers using a 25% off code that I got sent for joining Mothercare's baby club which runs until the end of 2014. I booked a month before Mother's Day and got a free delivery slot two days before, so not bad for the money but don't think I will be Arena Flowers using again. Website easy to use though.

I was a bit disappointed In the flowers and the bag they were given in, the bag looked like a cheap bag from the pound shop and the flowers I thought were going to be all different colours

Flowers delivered on time as promised however not to the usual standard of previous orders with arena flowers as some seemed to be slightly wilted.

I am assuming that the lady received the flowers. I did not expect a response from her as she is ill and elderly. However, I did expect to receive a response from Arena Flowers that they had delivered the flowers. This did not happen. The flowers in the past have been very well received and I will assume that this order made it to its final destination.

Flowers were delivered in a box by courier. Which is fine, but I would have preferred hand delivered. Also in the bouquet I ordered it included 10 daffodils, but only 7 were actually in the bouquet, though there were two extra different flowers. Some of the tulips looked slightly old too. So not bad, but probably won't use this company again.
