“Flowers were evidently lovely, but this is the second time that i have added a message saying that my mother takes a long time to reach the front door and the flowers were just left on her doorstep, amd she just happened to find them by chance. This personal aspect of your service leaves room for improvement.”

“The flowers were ordered for a friend in Poland and were delivered in time and were of an excellent quality. The price was reasonable for this international delivery.”

“Customer service was very good. I received a call to let me know my flowers hadn't been able to be delivered and confirming the next available time they could go out. The flowers were received the next day and my friend was very pleased with them”

“Overall a good experience. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality, delivered in a timely fashion. However, I enclosed and paid a jpeg photo file to be sent with the bouquet which was not present upon delivery. I emailed Arena flowers to inform them and was asked if I would like the photo posting to the recipient anyway. I confirmed that i would but this too was never received. Slightly disappointing.”

“Looked good but not stunning. Some petals were a little droopy/frayed at the edges.... Still looking good after 6 days. Expensive. Was diapoointed not to be able to get the Ice and Fire bouquet which is our favorite.”
