I can't imagine this will appear on your website! I'm amazed you have sent me this request to write a review after never even hearing from you by way of an apology for the dreadful service I received from your company the last time I used you to send flowers. After many, many years of handing all my flower deliveries to Arena and being really pleased, the last occasion found me "banging my head against a brick wall" trying to get some sense out a Customer Service Adviser. I gave up in the end. I have never used Arena since nor will I ever use them again. Some people really spoil themselves! Katherine E. Brandon

Our flowers never arrive on time and the last lot faded after just 2 days.We used to use arena in France and it was much better.We will not use this service again and would certainly not encourage others to do so

Hi Ian Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the flowers. We really pride ourselves on having high quality flowers, so would have wanted to have been alerted if you felt that there was a quality issue at the time of delivery. Dear Nicholas Thank you for the review. The courier company advised that this order had been succesfully delivered and as there was no email from you to state otherwise, we would not have known that there was a problem. I am truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this. Flowers turned up four days late. They attempted delivery and then left the fours to sit in the post office. My recipient was not left a card, or at least did not find one. When I rang to enquire on the day of delivery, I was offered a refund immediately and told that redelivery would not be possible. The flowers turned up to my friend eventually, half dead in a battered box. Let down by delivery methods. But the point of flowers is that they arrive on the day.

I am so bitterly dissappointed with Arena Flowers, this morning they saved the day when I ordered three tall vases for my God daughters christening. This afternoon they phoned and told me that I couldn't have the vases as they might break during delivery. It is now too late to do anything about replacing them. If you accept an order surely you should forfill it and not call with the most ridiculous reasoning I have ever heard. Do not put them on your webiste if you will then refuse to send them.........

My colleague ordered three bouquets of flowers on Friday 15/11/13 for delivery on the 18/11/13. For a presentation that our MD was making on the 19/11/13. Everything done in advance so as not to cause any timing issues or waiting around for deliveries. For some unknown reason you took it upon yourself to cancel two of these over the weekend, we do not have access to work e-mails on a weekend, therefore we were not aware until Monday morning, when my colleague and I ended up having to waste time that we do not have, re-instating the two bouquets. You advised that they would be slightly different which as we were pushed for time, had to live with. When the flowers arrived the difference was drastic, and there was no way we could use them as they were too different and it would have been embarrassing for our MD. I e-mailed Clare and her answer is as follows: - As you agreed to have flowers from a different florist, who I advised would be delivering a different bouquet to us and as the flowers delivered are as advertised, we are not able to do more with this. We also owned up to our original error and paid for delivery as well as your discount code which cannot be used against same day delivery orders and did our best to help you. At this point, we cannot offer further compensation. As you can see not a very good response, we never asked for same day delivery, and as it was your mistake we would full expect you to pay for your mistake. We had to go out and buy three more bouquets so as not to embarrass any of the recipients or our MD. We will no longer be using your service and will advise anyone else not to do so either!

WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, FLOWERS ARRIVED LATE AND WERE VERY POOR, THEY ONLY LASTED TWO DAYS AND WERE DROOPING, MY DAUGHTER HAD JUST HAD MY FIRST GRANDCHILD AND I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED I COMPLAINED BUT GOT NOWHERE, THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND JUST DONT CARE, I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY FRIENDS 60TH AND SHE PHONED TO THANK ME FOR THE FLOWERS, I ASKED IF THEY WERE NICE AND SHE SAID YES BUT LATER TOLD ME SHE WAS BEING POLITE WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT THE FLOWERS SENT TO MY DAUGHTER, MY FIREND SAID THAT THEY WERE VERY POOR AND DID NOT LAST.

Dear Alice Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the flowers delivered. The only notes we have on the order in regards to a complaint is about the 48 hour postcide, which at the time of ordering, you would have been made aware of. There are no notes to suggest that the flowers were disappointing themselves but that is certainly something we would have wanted to discuss with you and put right if that was the case. As per our terms and conditions, we would have needed photos of the bouquet, in order to assess the complaint and then try to put it right.
