Flowers not delivered on the day {Friday} even though they sent an email saying they had. Rang next morning at 09.00 and told they would find out what had happened and would ring back. I rang again at 14.00 to be told they were still trying to find out what had happened and promised to ring back. Guess what, they didn't, and there free phone number became unavailable after 18.00 on a Saturday. Total waste of money and time AVOID

Not impressed with this company at all. Ordered bright & beautiful bunch to be sent to my girlfriend at work as a surprise. They didnt turn up until the next day, so not only was the surprise ruined but the flowers were far far from fresh. Will never use or recommend this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY FAILED TO FULFIL AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DESPITE CONFIRMING MY ORDER TWO DAYS BEFORE. THEY GAVE ME A REFUND (THE LEAST THEY COULD DO!), AND OFFERED ME 15% DISCOUNT. I WON'T BE TAKING UP THIS OFFER.

paid over £30 for a bunch of flowers and a vase for my wife for mothers day.The bunch i chose were different to the ones i was sent.I also paid for a glass vase which did not come with the flowers. The box was just left on the doorstep, no knock or phone call as was mentioned in the order. The flowers were already sad looking on the day of arrival,5 days later they are all dead.I have bought better flowers from our local supermarket that have lasted so much longer for heaps less money.Disgusted is an understatement!

Would not buy from arena flowers again. Bunch was half the size as advertised and were literally half dead on arrival only lasting a whopping 3days!

Ha! Customer BEWARE of this company! Make sure to read the 'Terms & Conditions" and be prepared to have your flowers delivered late, or not at all. Read the other reviews - I wished I had before doing business with this company. Sales staff are also not helpful and will put you on hold indefinitely perhaps hoping you just go away.

Ordered flowers, balloon and chocolates on 06.02.14 for Valentines day. On 14.02.14 my husband received the flowers but not the chocolates or balloon. Rang customer service and got told there was a shortage of balloons and chocolates. I was also told by Perin I would get a refund. Today is 03.04.14 and STILL NO REFUND. I dare you to put this review on your website. Julie Dickenson Liverpool

I've scored very poor but would settle with very disappointed! I bought a £30 bunch of flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on the day. I'm pleased the the delivery on the day had the desired effect but the content of the bunch was poor; smaller than expected (resembling petrol station bunches).. As there are so many other providers on the market I would have thought you would want to look after your customers, unfortunately this (my first with your selves) will most likely be my last.. Also, stupidly I recommended you to my wife for a Mother's Day bunch and she had the same experience. Double thumbs down!

The flowers for my Mother you delivered were half dead and the vase was smashed, the courier left the flowers on the door step although my parents were at home, over all the experience was very poor. You did try and redeem things by delivering another bunch of flowers the following Monday they were not the greatest quality and it did not make up for the disappointment my Mother felt, would not recommend any one else to you, flowers have a big emotional sentiment for the person you send them to and also how much they mean too from the person that sent them, half wilting flowers and a broken vase does not conjure up the sentiment I intended for Mothers day.

I did not see the flowers as I sent them to my Mum in England and I live in Australia, but she was delighted with them. Thank You. I have since spoken with my sister and the flowers were very poor, Mum is almost blind and was so pleased to receive the flowers she did not want to upset me by saying they were not good, even with her poor eyesight she could see they were old and bedraggled. I used your website extensively a while ago and the standard dropped so much that I tried someone else,I decided to go back to you as I expected spring flowers to be good. I will think long and hard before using you again.

I ordered some flowers for my Mother to arrive on Monday 31st March. On speaking to my Mother last night, I discovered that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address. My Mother’s address is 3 Somerville Road, the flowers were delivered to 3 Broken Furlong which is the neighbouring street. I specifically said when I placed the order that if nobody was at home, to leave the flowers at 5 Somerville Road. The flowers were just left on the doorstep of 3 Broken Furlong until the householder arrived back from work in the evening from work. Fortunately the householder was honest and delivered the flowers to my Mother. My Mother called you, took her numerous attempts to speak to somebody and then was told that the sender of the flowers should lodge the complaint, not the recipient. Well, I am the sender and I am lodging the complaint. I live in Australia and frequently order flowers to be delivered to friends and family in the UK. I’ve used Interflora in the past but the quality of the flowers is poor so I thought I would try another company. By the way, the flowers were beautiful but probably unlikely I will deal with you again.

THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT ON 30.3.14 BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY OR A REFUND. Dear Arena Flowers, I am writing to complain about the service I have received from your company. I ordered two identical bouquets of flowers for my mother and my mother-in-law. One bouquet arrived at 8.30am but the other was not in the box. I immediately phoned your customer service team to explain that one bouquet was missing and was reassured that a second bouquet would be on its way. Two hours later it had still not arrived so I rang again and asked if the courier could be contacted to check if the second bouquet was on its way. Your customer service representative rang back to tell me that they had forgotten to put the second bouquet in the box and they could redeliver on Tuesday. I explained that the flowers would no longer be required because they were for mothers day and I required them that day. I was told at this point that I could have a refund for the one set of undelivered flowers and the delivery charged. I explained that I would like a full refund for both sets of flowers and that the courier could come and collect the first delivered bouquet as it was of no use to me. I was told this was not policy so I asked to speak to a manager. This request was refused because everyone was too busy and I was told to put my complaint in writing. The whole point of ordering two identical sets was to give my mother and mother-in-law exactly the same flowers on Saturday night when they came round for dinner. In addition I am 8 months pregnant and do not have a car so I had to wait for my husband to get home at 4pm and take me to the nearest florist. Another reason I am frustrated because I paid for the Saturday delivery because I knew I would be in all day. By 4pm on the Saturday before Mothering Sunday, the choice remaining was limited (as I would expect and the very reason why I ordered on line with you) and I had to purchase two new identical bouquets. These bouquets were more expensive and less pretty than the one I had received from you but what else could I do? Also I now have a very expensive bunch of flowers (i.e. the one bouquet I received from you) on my kitchen table. I have never used or heard of your company before but decided to use the voucher from Mothercare and try you out. Depending on how you deal with my complaint, I shall not be using you again and I will be forwarding my concerns on to Mothercare. As requested earlier, I am requesting a full refund for both bouquets of flowers (since neither were given to my mother or mother-in-law and I offered for the courier to pick up the first bouquet) and the associated delivery charge. Regards Kirsty Greenhead

You would not like to give the flowers to a loved one , as it arrives in a box and the delivery guy says I have a delivery for Mrs ? and just passes over a box you dont know what it is , it could be a point of sale kit or office supplies, Well that was the impression my wife got , When asked about the flowers she said what flowers I placed the box in the office a d left it See you wouldn't want that
