Valentines day 2013 arrived a day late. Valentines day 2014 arrived, broken vase placed in a dustbin upside down, 19 roses instead of 20, all heads squashed covered in glass, got offered a replacement or refund, replacement sent and looked like it was left in a box for a week, 2 rose heads broken off and a vase you could bathe in was like rubbing salt into a wound. Phoned up and got told to send pictures, apparently they look beautiful and offered me 25% money back and 25% off my next order, REALLY you you use this company again so I asked for 50% back and they refused and said 35%. I said I won't be using you again the lass got stroppy and said I'll give you a refund What sounded like 50% but not too sure I'll have some money in my bank in a couple of days and will defiantly NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Arena used to be a decent little company, now they are just an incompetent dispersement middle man who books orders with other florists (if you're lucky!) They take your money, charging for expensive arrangements that are then obviously bought as cheaper options (you never get what you see on their site). That's if you're lucky enough to get the flowers at all. On two occasions now Arena have failed to deliver for several days, then they compound it by not answering the phone and ignoring emails. You have to contact your bank to get the money back as they never provide refunds. I'm not sure how they can keep on doing business. Contact your local florist or use Interflora. Arena will disappoint you and the intended recipient and then ignore you and try to keep your cash.

Ordered a dozen red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day, the quality was reasonable, the usual quality for a busy period and there were only 10 roses in the bunch

Ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday on the 9 th feb ready for the 10th feb 10th came and went NO FLOWERS 11th came up to 4pm NO FLOWERS phone to find what happened to them and get told the flowers I ordered where not available even though they had taken my money from my bank account on the 10th if I had not phoned I would have been non the wiser because they never even botherd to let me know, I will not be using this company again and also will let every one I know not to

This is an 'Order Gatherer' web site...I search for the local florist in the area I want the flowers delivered and get much better value - it is often likely to be the same florist that would execute the order placed with ArenaFlowers.com.

My mother's flowers for Mother's Day 2013 weren't late, they never arrived. Trying to contact Arena Flowers was a non-starter. No one answered telephone or email at that time. I will not be using them again, sorry.

I had a miserable experience lately when I used Arena flowers to send flowers to Delhi in India. It was a sad occasion as my husband's bother had passed away. I explained to the person who took the order who assured me that they have partners in Delhi who will provide a good service. I did not hear anything from my relatives in Delhi. This was very odd so I decided to ask them after a couple of weeks if they had received the flowers. He said he did but was not sure who had sent them. Also the flowers were not in good condition. I contacted the customer service dept of the Arena flowers who wanted to provide an evidence of flowers being delivered late and being in bad condition. It was not possible as the flowers had already been destroyed. I feel that its very unreasonable of the Arena flowers to expect a photograph of the flowers especially when they had not asked me to arrange a photo when I placed the order. Also it was a sad occasion and people are not in a position to take photos at mourning. Overall, I feel that it was insensitive to even ask for a photo and not accept the responsibility for their partner in India. How will they ever choose their partners right with an approach like this? I am not going to use them for international deliver any more.

I ordered my flowers for a friend who had just come out of hospital after a serious operation. As I had phoned the order through at 2pm, I was told my flowers would be delivered the following day and I would get a confirmation email upon delivery. At around 8pm the following day I still hadn't received a confirmation email so I had to send an enquiry through. The following day I received an email saying that my order had been lost by the courier and I could have an upgrade to a better order of flowers than the one I had selected. I accepted thus but will never use them in the future.

Flowers arrived in the box upside down, despite clear instructions on the box "Keep Upright" consequently a number of the stems were snapped, and a number of petals had fallen off. Would certainly NOT use again, and would NOT recommend.

Flowers were ok, but not in best state due to using unreliable courier company, so delivery delayed by days. Not delivered as required/ paid for, and no response or recompense for that. So i paid for a delivery slot, the driver missed it, no refund.

Used many times without any issues. This time flowers were delivered and left unfound in a porch the next day after searching for them. No email of conformation of delivery. Tracker said delivered but not when and where . No card left to say flowers had been delivered. Staff very unhelpful on phone , no compensation was offered or received. Will not now use again .

I will not be using your company again as they flowers my daughter received were in a poor and dry condition. She was out on your first attempt at delivery and they went back to the depot, according to your note - but were obviously not given water there. Will not be using your company again as when they were delivered the following day they were in a poor condition. She had just given birth to our first grandchild and it was a happy occasion. We live in France and obviously had to use an online site to send her flowers.

I will never buy anything ever again from Arena Flowers. And I told everybody I know about this. I ordered an expensive bouquet (£68) for my mum's 60th birthday to be delivered in Cyprus as they advertised they send flowers worldwide. All my mother received was 10 pink roses that withered away in 3 days. After I complained to them, I received a few emails saying they will contact their international florist to deal with the matter. Did not hear anything after a whole week. In the meantime the florist in Cyprus called my mother to complain to her and ask her why she sent a picture of the flowers and complained?!!!!! So I went on again and sent another email to arena flowers saying this is not acceptable. They reply saying they had confirmation from the florist that they apologised and sent another lot of flowers! Of course this was a lie. After several emails they had to chase the florist and they eventually sent another small arrangement to my mum which of course looked nothing like the one I paid initially but I let it go. I never received any emails back from arena flowers apart the last one telling me they will let me know if they receive any more details.. All in all, I believe this company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend it at least in sending flowers to Cyprus specifically. Total rip off. The worst buy I ever made online. I hope this will save some customers from using them. Thanks, Ellie K.

The flowers arrived upside down in the box and they were badly broken plus the lillies were practily non exsistant! Very upset as they were for my nephews funeral

I have used arena flowers on a number of occasions but this is the first time I had the flowers delivered to my home address so it was my first opportunity to the see the flowers first hand. I have to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - particularly the sun flowers which had significant browning to the petals and lasted on day before having to be removed from the vase. Given this was the most expensive order I was expecting much better quality. I will not be using this company again.

Your service is very poor, simply because you sent a different bunch of flowers to my wife for our anniversary. I am still wery dissapointed.

Twice I've used this company. The first time, the flowers didn't even turn up & it was Valentines Day. The second time, they sent the wrong bunch & the one's that I did receive were sub-standard. No response when I complained I'll be staying clear of these in future

I ordered flowers to surprise a beautiful lady. On the morning she was to receive the flowers she received a message from the courier advising when they would be delivered. Surprise ruined. Don't use!
