Didn’t receive flowers on valentines days due to delivery 8 to 6, when ordering there is a box you can write in for special requests I asked if the flowers could be delivered between 8- 4 , didn’t happen nor did they notify me that this cannot be archived, if they had I could of ordered from inter flora like I have in the past(stick with what works). Any way at 5:35 I phoned the guy he said there was 6 more drops before mine, unless he was superman he wasn’t making 6pm drop off anyway! So he gave me 2 options pick up from selby there depot, 25miles away at god knows what time! Or they can redeliver the next day, we have planned to go to London this weekend, valentines so will not be in. He said maybe a neighbour can water them or leave outside my house (not that there is a storm this weekend!!!!! So hopefully my neighbours are in and I can collect the wilted flowers Sunday. O yeah he did say he would call me back to let me know..... no he didn’t! Will not purchase again and will advise none else dose VERY POOR!!

I had ordered a bouquet today through arena flowers .The experience is worst. They charged moon .the quality was very very poor .The ordered bouquet was completely different from what was delivered . Please do not prefer this if you want to gift for special ones .I had taken s bouquet for my parents anniversary. I pity myself for preferung Arena flowers. The bouquet which was ordered costed 1062 /- and the bouquet delivered appeared very poor and it won't cost more than 300/-.I want to share pictures of want was ordered and want they delivered .

Your 5 pound discount was cleverly hidden at the checkout so that my transaction was completed and the discount was not applied. Not happy after years of using this service. BAaaaaaaaaa !!

Tulips ordered for their mother last Sunday arrived however could not believe the condition as the flowers were so lacking in water that they were literally doubled over Total waste of money and not sure if my son has been reimbursed with with his payment We photographed same and posted on face book He should have used m and s Don fitton

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day yesterday. Received an email today (no phone call) to tell me that my order was being cancelled and the money refunded. They didn’t even get that right - the email is addressed to an Abigail (my name’s Mark!). The reason for the cancellation? My mother lives in Northern Ireland.... which to the best of my knowledge is still part of the United Kingdom! This was known at the time of order and I was allowed to set a delivery date of Friday 29th March and paid my money in good faith. Now they’re saying they can’t fulfil the order as the flowers wouldn’t arrive in time. They’re instead redirecting me to the Republic of Ireland website and telling me how I should have placed my order there as an international order. I ordered it on their arenaflowers.com website which boasts about how thousands are using that every week to have flowers delivered ACROSS the UK. Seems that only applies if you live in England, Scotland or Wales! POOR.

We can see that the email we have sent you, was addressed to yourself, however further down it mentioned Abigail. We are very sorry about that. Unfortunately we do not offer deliveries directly from our warehouse here in Milton Keynes to be delivered to Northern Ireland as the flowers would be too long in transit. We have mentioned that on our website under our delivery information which is directly under our product discription. We are very sorry it was not as clear and please accept our sincerest apologies once again. Dear all, I suggest to stay away from arena flowers if you are thinking of having you order delivered to flats. The order may or may not turn up or certainly not in complete condition as to what you expect. Don’t expect a full refund either. Beware!! Poor service!!

I ordered a bouquet online for my sister and her fiance in memory of their son who passed 1 year ago today. I paid additional for the flowers to be delivered between 8am and 1pm and they did not arrive. My sister and her fiance had plans to honour the life of their son which they put off to stay in for this delivery after I told them I had something being delivered before 1pm. The fact they didn't turn up, nor did I receive an update is unacceptable and I am disgusted at the lack of customer service provided in this situation. I don't care if it is Arena Flowers or the courier service used at fault but I paid for a service that wasn't provided. Flowers seemed insignificant given the severe sensitivity of the situation but gave me a little bit of comfort that my family would receive as a gesture of love at a horrible time. I will not be using Arena Flowers again and will be sure to advise against anyone I know who considers it.

As you did not want to take the risk of having the flowers delivered late, you requested to have the order cancelled, which we have requested for you as soon as we could. I originally paid just over £100 for dinner roses to be delivered. This payment was taken twice from my account, albeit the erroneous second did eventually return. I send flowers often but this was my first time using Arena. 1. I was informed by email at the very end of the day of delivery that the flowers I was sending as a surprise could not be delivered to the recipient as the florist had run out of flowers. 2. Next day, no word. 3. Next day (pm) I was advised that the flowers had been delivered. I queried this as the recipient (who by now I had had to tell about the surprise) said nothing had been delivered at all. 4. Next day told the flowers had not actually been delivered and that Arena had no time frame for when they would be delivered. During this period I had emailed Arena asking a couple of times for someone call me to explain what was happening. Nobody called or responded to my email. In desperation I then called Arena myself and was very begrudgingly given a brief apology but told that on no account would any goodwill gesture be made to me for the inconvenience. Would I recommend Arena? Would you recommend based upon that service? Of course things can go wrong sometimes, but you can tell how good a company is in these situations by how they handle the mess-up. None of this was my fault and yet Arena seemed to think that having paid my money up front, their customer should then wait days after delivery was supposed to have taken place, not knowing when the flowers would actually be delivered. Moreover, Arena wouldn't use a different florist to resolve the problem in the meantime for me, the customer or the recipient. Agenda had many opportunities to fix the problem or to at least make amends, but chose not to. I'll never use Arena again based on this experience and will advise others of the total lack of customer service that I received.

Ordered Regina at £36.99 and got 12 red roses at £26.99 Understand flowers subject to availability but to get £10 worth of flowers is a rip off No delivery email either . Not delivered to address either , neighbour instead as they did not know where to go apparently. Uk to France

In usual circumstances the drivers are allowed to leave them safe but in a sheltered place, out of sight and sunlight. That when the recipient is coming back home the flowers can still be enjoyed on the date, they were intended for. Placed order before 10am Wednesday 20th June for delivery following day 8-6pm called company 4.30pm on day flowers were due to be told they cant find my delivery, but they could deliver them the following day after 1pm not good enough will not be using this company again

Our external courier service informed us too late on the date, that your order was lost in transit, therefore we were unable to get in touch with you before hand. When you called, we investigated the issue straight away and rectified it with the most appropriate solution. As you wanted the flowers delivered by a certain time in the morning for the next day, we could regrettably not accommodate your wish, as we would have only be able to deliver anytime between 8am and 1pm or 8am until 6pm. Delivery requested on a certain date was not performed. No information from Arena Flowers back to me before I have asked about the status of the delivery. After that, apologies for losing the order in transit and a ridiculous proposal to redeliver one more week later, when the advertising says same day delivery for fresh orders. Obviously, this supplier goes on my blacklist.

I waited all day to hear from a third party that the flowers had been delivered on the specified date. By 6pm there was no sign of them and no phone call to explain why. They finally arrived at 9pm, which is not acceptable. Would not recommend or use again.

Unfortunately the external courier service we use in Belgium confirmed today, that the driver's van broke down on that particular day and had to wait until the van got fixed and therefore the flowers were regrettably delivered after the specified time online. Ordered flowers for my sister in Germany after she returned from a short hospital stay. The delivery company rang her bell but wouldn't give her the flowers as the surname on the package was different from her own name. This was because the Arena flowers website takes contact details from my iTunes, where I had her entered as Kate Sis (short for sister). Anyway, I rang Arena and explained what had happened, and they immediately blamed me as they say their ordering process makes it clear the surnames have to match. The truth is that it may say that, but I was in a hurry and didn't see it. I did check the address which was correct so I assumed there would be no problem. Long and the short of it is that Arena would not redeliver or offer a refund, despite the fact that we have paid for goods which we haven't received. The site also said that delivery to Germany was free, but I was charged £8.99 (for a delivery that never reached the recipient). The company was adamant that it was my fault (despite the mistake happening because of their weird system of finding names and address from your contacts database, without asking your permission) and have taken my money knowing that we have not received our goods. Steer well clear!

Hello Tom, Here, at Arena, we'll always do our very best for customers & this is never more important than on the very rare occasions when things don't go to plan. As you know, you made a few errors when ordering the flowers for your sister which prevented them from being delivered. That's a huge shame: we're here to make people happy and an overwhelming majority of our customers agree that we get it right - so we're genuinely sorry that the delivery couldn't be completed. Despite the abusive invective which you liberally shouted at our CS team as they attempted to help you, and the repeated threats to destroy our reputation if we failed to meet your demands for compensation, we have fully reimbursed you and wish you well in your search for a florist who is able to meet your needs in the future. Please do pay attention to those fields that require names and addresses to be completed though; good luck!
