“I had been buying flowers from Arena Flowers for years. The first and second time the flowers were wonderful and was really pleased with them. 3rd time the flowers weren't so nice as they had been, still acceptable but the vase I ordered was smashed in the post. 4th time the flowers again wasn't in a good state and some flowers were wilted. 5th time for Mother's day I decided to give them one last chance but two out of ten of the roses had the heads cut off!!! Could it be Morticia Addams is working with them? So now that is the last straw (or last rose stem in this case), I will certainly not be buying from them again.”

“Having used Arena Flowers for a number of years, I am extremely disappointed with my last order. I had ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday, a day before Mother's day, for my mother-in-law, as we were unable to visit in person. When we called on Sunday and asked if she liked her flowers it was extremely embarrassing to discover that they had not been delivered. I phoned Arena Flowers who could tell that the flowers were still awaiting delivery at the sorting office. I asked the customer service team to call me back when they had sorted out the error. No one phoned be back which resulted in me chasing a few hours after the first phone call. Again I requested someone call me back to confirm the flowers would be delivered on the Sunday. No one from the Customer Service team contacted me. On the Monday I had to request a full refund. I didn't want the same flowers that had been sitting around for 2 days. I understand mistakes and errors happen, but when you have to constantly keep phoning to see what has happened to your order, only for your order to never be delivered, this is extremely poor customer service. I have lost my trust in Arena Flowers and will not be using this company again.”

“Absolutely livid. How dare they take my money, give me a 8am-6pm delivery slot for Mother's Day and deliver at 7.47pm. Delivery message on tracking service said "delivered safe"... So not bothering to phone because of lateness and leaving them outside my parents house WITHOUT ringing the door bell. What is wrong with these morons??? My dad only spotted them when he went to lock the front door as they were locking up for the night - shambolic. I am fuming and I will be calling these jokers for a full refund. Go somewhere else.”

“Promised between 9am and 6pm , now after 6pm and my mother is still waiting on mothers day. I am absolutely disgusted and angry. Have used interflora for 30 years and never had a problem and because of paypal and some stupid link decided to give this outfit a go, what a stupid mistake. How they can mess with something so important as mothers day beggars belief. Of course they are shut today. Avoid at all costs !!!!!”

“The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day arrived with roses that were wilting. Extemely disappointed. Yes, it might be the busiest day of the year, but don't charge for a product and service if you can't meet expectations. The email receipt also advised I would get a confirmation email once delivered - I didn't. It also had a link for feedback - well, there was what should have been a link but actually was invalid and useless. Was going to submit feedback via the site directly, but it doesn't seem like it would be worth the bother reading other reviews on here. Offers of 15% off the next order - no next order will be happening, that is for sure!”

“Ordered flowers for mothers day costing £30. They arrived nicely packaged until i opened the box and the flowers were half dead, limp, roses were brown on the edges on picking some of the flowers up to put in a vase the flowers completely fell off. I emailed Arena Flowers who offered me 15% off my next order. Like I would ever want to order from them again. Disgusting customer service”

“flowers ordered online for next day delivery as allowed by website.....flowers have still not arrived and doesnt look like order has yet been processed according to the order. these flowers were ordered last minute for a sudden passing in a very dear friends life......totally ruined for me now wish i had gone else where”

“Seriously seriously unimpressed by the total lack of care and courtesy demonstrated as a result of my advising of a failure to deliver- including a failure to call as promised by one member of staff and a refusal to do so by another- the call was intended ( as was made clear) to arrange an alternative delivery but they clearly didn't care enough to do so- will not recommend to anyone else that they use this company as they don't seem to care once problems with delivery arise”

“Flowers delivered to the wrong address. When we eventually tracked them down they were limp and lifeless. Contacted Arena to get a re-delivery and they refused. They did nothing to help and could not have been less interested in replacing the expensive bouquet they had delivered wrongly. They offer a satisfaction guarantee but in practice they do not honour this. Shop elsewhere.”

“Order arrived a day late- 50 hours in transit meant flowers very unimpressive when they were eventually delivered. Customer services didn't help and didn't deliver on what they said they would. Sorry but no way I will be using this company again”

“Hi everyone, please do not make the mistake of ordering anything from this website as I did for my husband's birthday yesterday. I spent 60 pounds on a fruit basket, flowers, cake and a balloon and bamboo plant. They actually sent him rotting fruits of which I have the photos and a cake on which the entire cream was off! It ruined my husband's birthday entirely and when I called them up, they would not talk to me and asked me to send them an email.I shall keep you posted on the outcome of all this, lets see if they give me a refund or not, but please be careful and stay away from this website. They are fraudsters!”

“Wouldn't recommend using their services. - Ordered early delivery to make a surprise in the morning. They failed to deliver it on time. - Since we were away when they delivered it (late evening) the courier just left the flowers outside the building entrance. They call it 'secret place'. Obviously anyone could just take them, we were lucky because our neighbor took them inside. - I've ordered Red Roses and White Phlox bouquet. Roses weren't fresh and by the time phlox bloomed we had to throw them away. Quite disappointing considering I've paid extra for "deluxe" bouquet.”

“I made an order for a basket of flowers for an occasion for my daughter in law, I received an E MAIL confirming my delivery for 1st/10/14, I was mortified when I was told after checking with my daughter in law all day that the order was not delivered, on phoning the company , today 2nd/10/14 I was met with a couldn't, care less attitude from 2 separate customer support workers, one of which told me she was the manager when I requested to speak to a manager, I was told I had missed a dead line when I placed the order and that therefore they would be delivered a day late, I have an E MAIL STATING my delivery date would be the 1st oct 14, so I had no suggestion that that would be the case when I ordered, this is not the 1st time this has happened with ARENA FLOWERS and I stopped using them for a long time, then I decided to give them another chance, and low and behold here we are AGAIN!! I am NEVER EVER going to use this on line company again , once is acceptable but TWICE! no, and not a hint of an apology in sight, I am disgusted at how they treat their customers and on telling them that I was going to contact the CEO of the company by E MAIL I was told well that's up to you, what a terrible way to treat potential returning customers, they RUINED MY GIFT FOR A SPECIAL DAY, "" AND MY ADVICE, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY' IT SEEMS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF MAKING GOOD THIER MISTAKES,"" as I said this is the second time , one thing is certain , "THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD"!! A VERY DISATTISFIED EX CUSTOMER!!.”

“Screwed up my final order for failure to deliver on a Saturday which I paid for. Gave a lame excuse that the delivery van broke down. I mean, how big is my bouquet of flowers can't they send it by alternatives?? And there is only 1 van from the delivery company?? Never offer any good sincere compensation. The worst service I ever gotten. Will never ever buy again. Not recommended to buy from them.”
