“MY RECIPIENT OF YOUR FLOWERS WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THE FLOWERS YOU DELIVERED. WE WERE KEPT "IN THE LOOP" AS REGARDS TO THE PROGRESS FROM WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE DISPATCHED RIGHT THROUGH TO THE ACTUAL DELIVERY. A WONDERFUL SERVICES. I WILL DEFINATLEY USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.”

“I am located on the west coast of USA. I desperately needed a good reliable company that would assist me with bereavement flowers in the UK. Arena Flowers turned out to be the best. I heard that the flowers were received on time and that they were lovely. I couldn't be there in person so this was the next best thing. Thank You Arena Flowers.”

“Usually Arena Flowers delivery beautiful flowers exactly when they should. However, they have let us down twice this year but on each occasion have sent replacement flowers as soon as they were aware of the problem. Had we not had these two incidents we would have given them five star rating. They are easy to contact and customer service response has been excellent.”

“Arena are well priced and consistently good quality flowers - their customer service team are particularly outstanding, and a couple of times when things have gone wrong with addresses they have replaced with fresh orders and even thrown in extra choccies as goodwill gifts. Thank you, Arena is the first place I go when ordering flowers online.”

“I have used Arena Flowers for family and friends in the UK and they have been excellent, even with very specific delivery instructions. The flowers have been delivered on time and to the correct location. The only negative was that once for a funeral, the recipient said later that the card was not attached so they didn't know the flowers were from us. However, I will continue to use them because they are normally efficient, cost-competitve and deliver a quality arrangement.”
