“I have been using Arena Flowers for sending arrangements to my friends and family in the UK and everyone has always been very pleased with my order. In addition, I have not experienced any problem using my credit card or paypal for payment. Service is timely and excellent. Markham, ON Canada”

“I have used Arena Flowers for several years online (from the States) and they have always delivered arrangements that are as fresh and lovely as you see online. If there are any issues, they are quick to respond and resolve. I never have to be concerned about the quality of their product or service.”

“I am so bitterly dissappointed with Arena Flowers, this morning they saved the day when I ordered three tall vases for my God daughters christening. This afternoon they phoned and told me that I couldn't have the vases as they might break during delivery. It is now too late to do anything about replacing them. If you accept an order surely you should forfill it and not call with the most ridiculous reasoning I have ever heard. Do not put them on your webiste if you will then refuse to send them.........”

“I have used Arena flowers for several years to send flowers to friends and family in France. The service has been excellent with confirmation of when the flowers arrived at their destination. The presentation and freshness of the flowers has always been very pleasing, the recipients have always been delighted. My reason for returning to Arena flowers to send flowers overseas.
