“I am so bitterly dissappointed with Arena Flowers, this morning they saved the day when I ordered three tall vases for my God daughters christening. This afternoon they phoned and told me that I couldn't have the vases as they might break during delivery. It is now too late to do anything about replacing them. If you accept an order surely you should forfill it and not call with the most ridiculous reasoning I have ever heard. Do not put them on your webiste if you will then refuse to send them.........”

“I have used Arena flowers for several years to send flowers to friends and family in France. The service has been excellent with confirmation of when the flowers arrived at their destination. The presentation and freshness of the flowers has always been very pleasing, the recipients have always been delighted. My reason for returning to Arena flowers to send flowers overseas. “For me, much like most I guess, you are looking to send flowers to loved ones spontaneously so speed of delivery and quality of flowers is of paramount importance. “The flowers from Arena were sent to my friend who was seriously ill. I think there were three bouquets that were sent (one was for her 80th birthday) She and her family told me they were beautiful. If necessary I would definitely use Arena Flowers again! The site was very easy to use too!”
