“Generally I like this website but I can never use a discount code as, no matter at which point I try to enter this, it deletes the information I have previously put in and it never takes the discounted amount off at the checkout. If I want to use the discount code, I have to telephone you after I have placed the order but I have even given up on this now as it is so time consuming. Please respond.”

Hi Pauline Thank you for your review. This is very strange, as of course, the promocodes should work online for you to use at your convenience. Please could you email us at customer@arenaflowers.com with a previous order number so that we can look at your account, along with the browser you use and the version of the browser so that we can check that there are no compatibility issues. “Very responsive, good selection and great site. Comment would be that I'd like more choice as to simple bouquets - tulips, lillies etc on their own. Otherwise very good, and I recommend you regulalry”
