“Generally I like this website but I can never use a discount code as, no matter at which point I try to enter this, it deletes the information I have previously put in and it never takes the discounted amount off at the checkout. If I want to use the discount code, I have to telephone you after I have placed the order but I have even given up on this now as it is so time consuming. Please respond.”

Please could you email us at customer@arenaflowers.com with a previous order number so that we can look at your account, along with the browser you use and the version of the browser so that we can check that there are no compatibility issues.
