“Arena flowers have always been delivered in good time and the bouquets are 'as ordered' and very well done. I've used them perhaps six times now. Recommended.”

“I've used Arena multiple times. They definitely tick the boxes - as you'd expect - in terms of getting stuff where it's supposed to be, on time - but the clear win is the quality of the flowers - comfortably better than any I've bought from anywhere else. The site is simple and quick, too, so I've not looked anywhere else since I found them (on twitter - where their account, @arenaflowers, is ace!).”

“I have used Arena flowers many times over the past 5 years or so and without fail they have given an excellent and reliable service. I particularly like the way they keep the sender informed at all times of progress with the order, up to and including safe delivery. All recipients of flowers I have sent via Arena have always been delighted with the arrangements and the quality of the flowers.”

“I live in Canada, and I have used Arena Flowers for quite a number of years to send flowers and gifts to several friends and relatives in the UK: Christmas, Easter, birthdays, and even a funeral. I love the fact that the system stores my addresses in its archive, and that I receive an email to let me know that the flowers have been delivered safely, and at what time. I am looking forward to ordering my flowers for this Christmas! AN”

“The flowers died within a couple of days.when I complained I was told that I had left it too late and should have supplied proof.The flowers were a gift and my friend didn't take photos!I sent flowers as I was away and unable to visit,hence the delay in complaining.So the flowers were an expensive mistake and the management of my complaint was clumsy!I shall not be ordering from you again.”

“It was my aunt's 60th wedding anniversary and I ordered British flowers, sweet Williams and stocks. She was thrilled with them. The flowers had a beautiful scent and lasted over two weeks. I live in Canada, and it is so nice to have found you so I can easily send a wide variety of flowers and gifts to my family in the UK. Thank you, Joy Brooks”
