For me, much like most I guess, you are looking to send flowers to loved ones spontaneously so speed of delivery and quality of flowers is of paramount importance. I have used Arena a number of times and I feel confident that they are the company I would always come back to and, of course, recommend to anyone! Thank you guys!

The flowers from Arena were sent to my friend who was seriously ill. I think there were three bouquets that were sent (one was for her 80th birthday) She and her family told me they were beautiful. If necessary I would definitely use Arena Flowers again! The site was very easy to use too!

My colleague ordered three bouquets of flowers on Friday 15/11/13 for delivery on the 18/11/13. For a presentation that our MD was making on the 19/11/13. Everything done in advance so as not to cause any timing issues or waiting around for deliveries. For some unknown reason you took it upon yourself to cancel two of these over the weekend, we do not have access to work e-mails on a weekend, therefore we were not aware until Monday morning, when my colleague and I ended up having to waste time that we do not have, re-instating the two bouquets. You advised that they would be slightly different which as we were pushed for time, had to live with. When the flowers arrived the difference was drastic, and there was no way we could use them as they were too different and it would have been embarrassing for our MD. I e-mailed Clare and her answer is as follows: - As you agreed to have flowers from a different florist, who I advised would be delivering a different bouquet to us and as the flowers delivered are as advertised, we are not able to do more with this. We also owned up to our original error and paid for delivery as well as your discount code which cannot be used against same day delivery orders and did our best to help you. At this point, we cannot offer further compensation. As you can see not a very good response, we never asked for same day delivery, and as it was your mistake we would full expect you to pay for your mistake. We had to go out and buy three more bouquets so as not to embarrass any of the recipients or our MD. We will no longer be using your service and will advise anyone else not to do so either!

Always great to deal with and always prompt with the delivery. Have used on numerous occasions and never been let down. ( saved my bacon a couple of times, I can tell you!!!!!)

I sent a white orchid to some friends who were moving and I had no idea as to colour scheme. They were thrilled with it - you can't go wrong with white - ii came in a lovely pot and is still flowering

Arenaflowers always comes out top. I've watched my wife walk through a pub carrying flowers I had delivered to her office and heads turns. Areanflowers, flowers are just absolutely fantastic. The quality, size and look is stunning. they have a lot of choice which means I can always find something new and interesting, plus a good selection of additional things I can add to make it extra special (a fluffy toy for friends who have just had a kid is always great). You can't go wrong with Arenaflowers. I certainly. never have.

I have used this company several times to send flowers for various occasions. The flowers have been excellent and all the recipients have been thrilled with them. They let you know when the flowers have been delivered and everything goes smoothly. I would and have recommended this company to lots of people, who like me have been pleased with the service. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, FLOWERS ARRIVED LATE AND WERE VERY POOR, THEY ONLY LASTED TWO DAYS AND WERE DROOPING, MY DAUGHTER HAD JUST HAD MY FIRST GRANDCHILD AND I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED I COMPLAINED BUT GOT NOWHERE, THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND JUST DONT CARE, I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY FRIENDS 60TH AND SHE PHONED TO THANK ME FOR THE FLOWERS, I ASKED IF THEY WERE NICE AND SHE SAID YES BUT LATER TOLD ME SHE WAS BEING POLITE WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT THE FLOWERS SENT TO MY DAUGHTER, MY FIREND SAID THAT THEY WERE VERY POOR AND DID NOT LAST.

Dear Alice Thank you for your review. I am truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the flowers delivered. The only notes we have on the order in regards to a complaint is about the 48 hour postcide, which at the time of ordering, you would have been made aware of. There are no notes to suggest that the flowers were disappointing themselves but that is certainly something we would have wanted to discuss with you and put right if that was the case. As per our terms and conditions, we would have needed photos of the bouquet, in order to assess the complaint and then try to put it right. I am in Australia and ordered flowers for a family member in the UK. The process was easy, the choice of flower arrangements fantastic. The delivery was prompt and the flowers received were absolutely beautiful. I recommend Arena Flowers and will be using them this Christmas for my UK family gift of flowers.

Generally I like this website but I can never use a discount code as, no matter at which point I try to enter this, it deletes the information I have previously put in and it never takes the discounted amount off at the checkout. If I want to use the discount code, I have to telephone you after I have placed the order but I have even given up on this now as it is so time consuming. Please respond.
