“The floral tribute required looked as advertised, arrived within the given time and was much appreciated by the recipients. I arranged this on behalf of recently bereaved friends and it all went according to plan. I would certainly use Arena Flowers again.”

“after what i can describe as reasonably good to excellent service , the last experience fell well short of what i would expect. I understand that it is hard to control third party contractors. But the first bouquet fell well short and the lack of contact since has left me feeling not much cared for as on average i was buying 1.5 bouquets a month for the last 10 months. yes they did make up with a second bouquet but this was only just better than the first and left me feeling disappointed. i had no further contact from customer services and was suprised that i did not receive a follow up call or e mail.”

“I have always found everyone very helpful, I have always phoned as site won't accept our postcode. Flowers have arrived on due date, recipients have reported they have lasted well and looked amazing! Would highly recommend Arena Flowers to anyone.”

“I send flowers to my mother who is now in her mid nineties and I have turned to different suppliers both here in Sweden ( mainly Inter Flora) and certain other suppliers but I never really reached that level of true satisfaction.I was tipped off about Arena Flowers and immediately after the first delivery Mum told me how delighted she was with them.I have since ordered a couple of more times at Arena and Mum has been equally delighted with them plus the fact that they have bloomed for quite some time after delivery.I feel satisfied that I have at last found a supplier that I can trust for great quality!”

“Could have bought a cheaper bouquet from supermarket. Was supposed to be delivered to daughter at work but was left on doorstep at home. Do not advise anyone to use!!!!!!!!!”
