“This is the second time I have used Arena Flowers. I live in Atlanta, GA and my mother lives in Staines and finding a local florist has worked out well. I had a problem with the payment going through this last time and emailed and was advised to call in. Everyone was most helpful and my mother was very pleased with her flowers. “Flowers were delivered in a box by courier. Which is fine, but I would have preferred hand delivered. Also in the bouquet I ordered it included 10 daffodils, but only 7 were actually in the bouquet, though there were two extra different flowers. Some of the tulips looked slightly old too. So not bad, but probably won't use this company again.”

“Lovely flowers, they were so well appreciated by my mum, she just loved them, so fresh and colourful. They arrived on time and even though she wasn't at home to receive them on the day, the delivery person put them somewhere cool on the doorstep where they were still beautiful and fresh the next day when my mum came home.

We are sorry that the flowers did not arrive as expected!!
We do send out our flowers in bud to make sure they last as long as possible. Sometimes it can take them a day or so to bloom which they should then represent the picture on the website.
If the flowers have not perked up within a day or so please do get in contact and we can look into resolving this for you.

“Absolutely awful. Looked half-dead on arrival.
Mostly foliage with few actual flowers. Two of the roses I actually had to remove before giving the bunch to my wife as they were brown and wilted.”

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers.
The roses do arrive with their guard petals still attached to protect the delicate inner petals while in transit. These can appear thicker and discoloured on arrival but will gradually roll back on their own. Because we send the flowers out while still in bud they can take 1-2 days to open which they will then appear fuller and brighter. This is so the bouquet lasts as long as possible.
