“Lovely flowers, they were so well appreciated by my mum, she just loved them, so fresh and colourful. They arrived on time and even though she wasn't at home to receive them on the day, the delivery person put them somewhere cool on the doorstep where they were still beautiful and fresh the next day when my mum came home. Thanks Arena Flowers you made her day!”

“The flowers arrived half the size as shown on the picture, they must have spent so long in the van that half we dead and today after two days they have had to be binned”

Hey Bhavini, We are sorry that the flowers did not arrive as expected!! We do send out our flowers in bud to make sure they last as long as possible. Sometimes it can take them a day or so to bloom which they should then represent the picture on the website. “Absolutely awful. Looked half-dead on arrival. Mostly foliage with few actual flowers. Two of the roses I actually had to remove before giving the bunch to my wife as they were brown and wilted.”

Hi Matthew, We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers. The roses do arrive with their guard petals still attached to protect the delicate inner petals while in transit. These can appear thicker and discoloured on arrival but will gradually roll back on their own. Because we send the flowers out while still in bud they can take 1-2 days to open which they will then appear fuller and brighter. This is so the bouquet lasts as long as possible. “I have used Arena for several 'important' occasions and have never been disappointed by the quality of the flowers and gifts and the service provided. I had used other 'big name' brands for deliveries in the past but none have proved as reliable or customer focussed as Arena. The range is terrific and the website is easy to use. I would and have recommended Arena to friends and family.”

“Have used this service before and have always been pleased, however, it seems that because it was Mother's Day the bouquet was substantially smaller than previous I have bought for the same price. Very disapointed, won't use again.”

“I've placed numerous orders now and all have been well received with no complaints about quality etc. Arena also responded promptly and sorted things out when I accidentally placed order for wrong date. I don't use anyone else now.”
