“Easy to order. Customer service dealt with amendment to recipients name quickly (website wouldn't allow correct spacing of name). Placed order 3wks+ in advance but everything arrived as ordered.
Only fault is that it doesn't say on the website what the difference between a standard and deluxe bouquet is - I had to phone up to find out”
