“Flowers delivered on time as promised however not to the usual standard of previous orders with arena flowers as some seemed to be slightly wilted.”

“Looked good but not stunning. Some petals were a little droopy/frayed at the edges.... Still looking good after 6 days. Expensive. Was diapoointed not to be able to get the Ice and Fire bouquet which is our favorite.”

“Easy to order. Customer service dealt with amendment to recipients name quickly (website wouldn't allow correct spacing of name). Placed order 3wks+ in advance but everything arrived as ordered. Only fault is that it doesn't say on the website what the difference between a standard and deluxe bouquet is - I had to phone up to find out”

“Ordering was fine they used Yodell as the courier which was okay but as its a normal courier it can come anytime up to 6pm in the evening, most other e-florists use local partners who deliver on the morning, which helps. The courier just knocks on the door and leaves on the door step. The flowers themselves were okay also, not exactly what it looks like when ordering from their website, much smaller. They were really well packaged.”
