“I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day but they ended up being delivered to my house instead. Arena insisted that this was my error bit I am not convinced it was. Its Customer Services department (which shut at 17.0-0 on the Friday before Mothering Sunday) were unhelpful and unsympathetic. So my Mum ended up with no flowers.

“Flowers which were delivered for my mother were not those which were ordered via the website and did not match the description "sweet roses". I rang to complain about this and was told that they could not make them as per the description due to it being near mothers day and so substitions were made. I should have been informed of these substitutions so that I could decide whether to continue with this order. The flowers which were substituted were ones which my mother dislikes!!!! I wont be using you again”

“Ordered flowers onValentines day for my SO, and was presented with two options - pay extra for delivery guaranteed before 1pm, or get standard delivery by 6pm.
Having planned to take her out at 6pm, I went for option 2.
The flowers did not arrive within this time period (they arrived almost an hour later) and I complained.
I received a response, stating that at busy periods their time frame is wider.
I suggested that they make this clear on the site to avoid this kind of situation, and asked if there was anything they could do to help resolve the situation and I never heard back.
I've used the company before, and they were excellent, hence still getting 2 stars, but I don't think I'll use them again knowing that their customer care when something goes wrong leaves a lot to be desired.”
“The flowers were very nice. Shame the delivery guy paid no attention to the special instructions. I asked for them to be left round the back of the house if the greets was no answer but they were left out the front for all and sundry to see. According to the neighbour who very kindly took them in, he didn't even wait for someone to answer the door. Just knocked and dumped them.
So, good flowers, very bad delivery service.”

I ordered a nice bunch of roses which I paid quite expensive on Valentine day for my wife at her work address. The flower was delivered at about 6pm as she already left office.
I paid for a service and expect a quality delivery service within timely.
