“Ordering was fine they used Yodell as the courier which was okay but as its a normal courier it can come anytime up to 6pm in the evening, most other e-florists use local partners who deliver on the morning, which helps. The courier just knocks on the door and leaves on the door step. The flowers themselves were okay also, not exactly what it looks like when ordering from their website, much smaller. They were really well packaged.”

“This is not the first time I've gone to Arena when I needed to buy flowers. I come back each time because of several factors - the website well done easy to navigate, deliveries are reliable, the customer service is professional and effective and the prices give great value BUT in the end the product is the most important thing and with Arena the flowers delivered are always of the highest quality”

“I am assuming that the lady received the flowers. I did not expect a response from her as she is ill and elderly. However, I did expect to receive a response from Arena Flowers that they had delivered the flowers. This did not happen. The flowers in the past have been very well received and I will assume that this order made it to its final destination.”

“Quick and easy to place order, unfortunately couldn't get the free delivery on the only day that was available for delivery, but did leave it until the last minute to place the order. I haven't seen the flowers, however the recipient was very happy with them, they were left on the doorstep even though someone was at home, although they may not have heard the door? “This is the second time I have used Arena Flowers. I live in Atlanta, GA and my mother lives in Staines and finding a local florist has worked out well. I had a problem with the payment going through this last time and emailed and was advised to call in. Everyone was most helpful and my mother was very pleased with her flowers. Thank you I will certainly use Arena again.”
