“Excellent customer service, after an initial quality issue, Arena replaced a gift bouquet without question . Beautiful hand tied flowers , lovely combination of red flowers and greenery. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and response. From A happy 50 year old Mum.”

“We live in Ireland needed flowers delivered to a London address. We selected Arena Flowers from its website and are glad we did so. The service was excellent and we were kept informed of progress throughout the process. It was all very straightforward.”

“The flowers were not delivered to the address but somewhere near by and nothing was told to the person who was suppose to recieve the flowers, As such the flowers were left outside in the street all night. Was only that a friend noticed they were addressed to the person that she got them. Very very dissapointed to say the least as they were not cheap to send.”

“This is the second time I have ordered flowers from this marvellous company. I placed my order by phone and, as before, found them extremely helpful and kind. My cousin was absolutely delighted with the beautiful bouquet and the way they were presented. A superb service in every way.......I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Arena Flowers.”

“Living in Spain, I find it difficult to make sure that birthday wishes for family and friends in the UK arrive on the correct day. I have used this website many times for sending flowers to Scotland and have never been disappointed. It is extremely easy to place an order and pay by credit/debit card. I have tried other sites but keep coming back to this one as it is by far the best.”

“I have sent bouquets twice now from NZ to the UK. The service was great - flowers were delivered as requested and I appreciated the tracking message provided letting me know the timing. I love to be able to see pics on the web page of how the bouquets will look, and brilliant that delivery is free of charge! Thanks. Sandra”

“Do not use!! Two days later my flowers to my Mother is still not delivered and nobody can tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. I had to phone them from the UK four times and every time was place on hold for at least 20 minutes and still no help!! This cost me, with the phone calls, at least $200 abd I have nothing to show for it. Worst service I have ever had from a company.”

“I ordered a spring bouquet for my mother for Mother's day. The bouquet was supposed to be an equal mix of red tulips and blue irises, and I purchased the extra vase to be delivered with the flowers. When the flowers were delivered, there were 26 red tulips and 3 Irises, which was not what the bouquet was supposed to be. What happened to the rest of the irises. Also, the vase purchased for the flowers had a narrow neck, so all of the flowers delivered with the vase didn't fit into the vase because of the narrow neck. Surely if you are going to provide a vase (that I paid extra for), the flowers ordered should be able to fit into the vase? The tulips are pretty and the arrangement was delivered on time, but I'm not happy as the arrangement is not what was ordered.”

“Arena flowers were really excellent when I MADE A MISTAKE and gave them the wrong address for delivery. They sent out a FREASH bouquet to the correct address and my sister-in-law was delighted with her 65th birthday flowers. Staff very helpful and efficient and a percentage goes to Cancer Reaserch. I have used this company twice now and will do so again. Well done and thank you.”

Dear Elaine, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our system and realised that as soon as you forwarded us the picture of the soaked box we replied: 'Dear Elaine, Thank you for your email and the picture you have sent us. We are truly sorry to hear that the box has been left outside and got soaked. As we are sending our flowers with an external courier service their drivers try not to miss the occasion so in case the recipient is is not in they will rather leave the box with the flowers somewhere safe so the recipient still gets them on the date requested before they get taken back to the depot and only redelivered the next day. We really hope your recipients are enjoying their flowers and in case they have suffered from the rain please send us a picture of them, too so we can get back to you with an appropriate solution. Again we sincerely do apologise for all the inconvenience caused.' Unfortunately we have not heard back from you but if you would like to email us so we can resolve this issue that would be great.
