“Found the service very good. Got a phone call the day after my order to double check if I ordered the correct things. Also one item wasn't compatible with the other items ordered so the person checked if I had to right compatible part at home already. Very attentive. Minor mistake of the order being sent to billing address instead of deliver address as currently staying at my parents. However, it may have changed the address when I paid via PayPal. Very impressed overall. Would order from here again.”

“I have the Ardo Alyssa pumpset already but had to buy the handsfree as I realized how tiring it was to always have to hold the bottle while pumping. The handsfree breastpump is a good innnovation as it allows me the comfort of relaxing while carrying out other activities like keeping up with my favourite social media channels or even breastfeeding on one side while pumping on the other. In addition, I can comfortably express even while I have guests over as I can pull my top over it. Good thing is I did not have to buy a complete set as it is compatible with the breastpump I had already. The pacakage came with 2 collection cups as well as 2 extra 19mm shell inserts, a lanyard, a sillicone tube and connector. Despite this positive review, I am quite uncomfortable with how big the collection pot is which means that it is very necessary to get a really stretchy maternity bra so it can fit in as it will not fit in with a regular bra.”

“Fantastic products and fantastic service. I purchased an Alyssa pump from one of the baby and toddler shows back in November 2023, I was 5 months pregnant at the time. The lady was an asset to the company, providing me with amazing advice and words of wisdom, she advised me not to open the pump until I was 6 weeks into breastfeeding, so if I hadn’t gotten on with breastfeeding, I could return it. 6 weeks into my breastfeeding journey, I gave it a whirl, super easy to use, easy to take the parts apart to clean and very sleek. I then went on to order the wearable shells, I emailed for some advice first and had a super quick, informative reply. The shells arrived and all was well until the pump unit had an electrical error. I emailed once again and a new unit was sent straight away, it arrived the next day. I have returned the faulty pump and norm service has resumed. I cannot thank the team enough, not only for their amazing products but also for their friendly, approachable and efficient way of working.”

“I was loaned an Ardo pump from a hospital when I first gave birth and had difficulties with breastfeeding. It worked wonderfully and I was happy that I was able to give my baby the milk that she needs and fully convinced me to buy my own breast pump and I couldn't be happier!”

“The lady who assisted me was very helpful. She reassured me that the right flange size would have solve the issue I was having and gave me tips to encourage the milk flow. And she was right! I rang her back to thank her x wonderful team you got there!”

“The breast pump was really easy to use and much more effective than the hand pump I was using previously. The staff were super helpful when ordering and really kind when I was confused and overwhelmed in those stressful early days. I would happily recommend them to anyone!”

“The lip valve (white part) tore after only 4 months use meaning suction is now gone and can’t pump. Contacted the manufacturer who said this is standard, they only last few months, and that I need to purchase replacement parts costing (£11 for single plus £5 p&p)! It is absolutely ridiculous that after purchasing such an expensive pump I should be spending another £15-20 every few months replacing parts.”

Hi, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed, however, we include two spare valves in your pumpsets, so that is 4 lip valves in total we provide? From your image it looks like they have been pulled off via the middle part, if you look at our instructions it clearly states to take them off by the thick side to prevent this from happening, that is what our customer team meant not that they don't last.
