“I ordered bedding for my puppy's bed about a month ago, but it hasn't come yet, so I can't say anything about it. I got a message the other day that it's on the way. I'm in the US, not the UK.”

“From the perspective photos shown on your sight to display, advertise and sell your products, I have to say I feel slightly let down and left wanting. I have two chams and was really looking forward to sprucing up their cages with the rad looking new gear I had bought. I built myself up for quite some time, only when the products arrived they were absolutely tiny, of cheap quality and not very well made. It's never a good idea to buy reptile products such as decorations online as they seldom look as good as advertised, needless to say I will not be making that mistake again.”

“Unfortunately I found the product to be of inferior quality. 2 of the 3 bulbs only lasted a few days each.... It would be normal to expect these to last much longer!”
