“Installation was fine. However. when going to clean the filter, the release lever just snapped off. I contacted Aquapet and they said the lever was not covered by the warranty. Rubbish equipment rubbish customer service”

“Their system crashed in the middle of checkout so I ended up with two of the same items. They tell me I have to pay the £10.00 re-shipping charge! Very poor customer service.”

“The Delivery was late so I had to source from a local shop... I emailed Aquapet , who, instead of apologising for the said, late delivery, sent me a generic message from the local Delivery office!!!”
