“Quick dispatch/ delivery thank you, just as hoped so my turtle wasn’t without a basking light for long! Best price I could find anywhere so even better as was £6+ less than everywhere else I compared. Will use again and recommend to others”

“First time customer. I'd decided to buy the Catit Wellness Centre, and found it was far cheaper from Aquapet than anywhere else, especially given the replacement gum stimulator pack that was supposed to come with it. My order was dispatched almost immediately, on a 48 hour delivery service, for free! There is no apparent minimum spend for this, which is really unusual. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the extra gum stimulators as promised, and the Treat Spinner I added to my basket to make the order more worthwhile was, I've since seen, a little more expensive from Aquapet than other retailers. Still, the extremely fast dispatch and free delivery is very impressive, so I'd definitely recommend Aquapet on that basis alone.”

“Desperately needed a replacement Fluval 105 External Filter Motor Seal Ring to stop my leak. The item arrived well packaged with very fast delivery of a genuine Fluval product, friendly helpful advice/communications when speaking to Aquapet over the phone. And the best part the price! You will find it hard to purchase the o-ring at a cheeper price else where! Will be buying all my other spares and products from this supplier from now on. Thank you Aquapet.”

“My item is well made ,looks good too , my birds will love it when it goes in their cage once they get used to seeing it out on side, one crit, it is a bit small but I guess they will use it if they thirsty or need s bath lol”
