“i have bought items from aquapet many times and have always had a good experience .When i go back to buy the same product again a few months later i find that it is sold out ,not only for a few weeks but months at a time which is a shame because the products are of good quality but resonable price .Many of these products are in the reptile section”

“I found Aquapet's customer service excellent, and happily rate it five out of five. The cage extension was quite difficult to fit, particularly when it came to releasing the original two white clips 'locking' the roof on. It is less secure now as the clips are loose, and a pair of translucent ones in the package do not seem to fit anywhere! However, it has not capsized so far, held by the bottom white section when lifting to clean. The two budgies needed more space when 'indoors', and are very happy with the height of their top perch in their new tower block.”

“The cage is fine, it was the construction that was the problem! Instructions are very small print and not full enough. Eventually worked out how to do it but it took way longer than 15 minutes! This was a replacement cage so we knew what it should look like!”

“Vision Bird cage. Ordering process was straight forward delivery was prompt. Satisfied with the item decent construction hasn't been used yet as if will be used to quarantine new birds and as a temporary cage whilst cleaning my main cage.”

“The product (fountain set) easy to order and complete, would have been nice to have a pictorial example of each fountainhead spray pattern. Disappointing delivery having a forced push through the letter box thank fully no breakages.”

“Excellent service. Very impressed with the range of products on offer and particularly the free postage. Only thing I would recommend is to mark packages with breakables in them as fragile. My package wasn't handled particularly well by RM, which is in no way Aquapet's fault, but if the package had been marked as fragile, I'd have more recourse for a complaint.”

“Really nice quality product, but better packaging may be an idea as mine arrived with three cracks , it’s been thrown around as usual in transit. I’ll live with it through as my pet arrived early and had to be housed , shame as is nice product”
