“bought a fluval 300E fishtank heater its been in 3 tanks and do'es not work IE LF haeat to high reset haet to low complete waste of money so gone back to my old heater plus i do have an inside digital thermometor in the tank so i will return the item and ask for a refund regards david middlewood 6 broomvale walk edlington doncaste dn12 1qq :-(”

“I order from aqua pet for resion when my lamp gonna come on 13 April with Royal Mail 48 h deliveries!!! It's not arrive and also it's come with my Hermes!!! Hope my turtles will be fine! So disappointed!!!”

“I received the msg on thursday 14 from royal mail that they supposed to deliver the fish tank filter i bought on the day. The day after friday 15th i received the email about the review but still no sign of the delivery. I waited before to give a bad review because i tought i could receive it on saturday. On my wake up i found a bad surprise, one of the fish was dead and the other was about to. I was so upser and still no delivery, i've tried to call the company and no answer. Tomorrow I will go to my local pet store to buy the filter and another fiah before my son come back home. I hope I will have some news in regards. Very disappointed.”

“Cage extremely poor, the sides were bent on two of the layers so would not fit together properly! Also the second layer had a crack in the corner of its base when arrived. Furthermore the cage clips on one side of both the second and base layer would not clip on to their bases as they are clearly not the right size! Very unhappy!!”

“Are you kidding??? I ordered a set of solar floating balls, payment went through and then refunded, why offer something for sale when you don't have it. Then when searching for lights again and you were showing stock my order was not even recognised......Total waste of space, would never order from you again, which is a shame as I really liked the lights you were advertising.”
