Although the job turned out to be more complicated than originally planned your team went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed on time and all the debris was cleared immediately, no mean feat as we're on the 3rd floor. Rob and Mike remained cheerful and helpful throughout the two days with the minimum of upheaval. The walk in shower is a joy and has been admired by several of our neighbours.
