We are very sorry you are experiencing a leak at your property and we understand that this must be a stressful time for you. As you are aware, we attended your property within 24 hours of you notifying us of the issue but found the leak to be in another part of your property on pipework unrelated to our installation. Naturally, had we found the leak to be related in any way to the work we had carried out previously this would have been resolved at our cost. For this reason, regrettably, we have been unable to help you further with this unfortunate situation and have suggested that you contact your buildings insurance for further support.
