“One of your shower units was installed in our home about a month ago. This included a pump which was at first fitted on a temporary basis, as far as the electric box was concerned. Over the last two days your electrician Adam, did a superb job in finding the right place for the pump box to be sited permanently, fitting the necessary ducting, organising the bonding and earthing. He worked very hard, including leaving his home at 6am, knew exactly what he was doing, and was throughout helpful and courteous. As I was impressed with his high level of service and competence, I am sharing this information with you.”

“From my initial enquiry to Aquability to have a walk in shower, I received expert and professional advice in detail as to the work and the overall cost. From the initial surveyors visits to the delivery of the necessary parts for the shower and the fitting engineer for completing the work in half a day in a most professional way. “We had our bath replaced with a walk in shower this week, and can not fault the service we received from Aquability. From the initial measuring up, to delivery and fitting and the customer service over the phone, everything was excellent. In particular we want to show our appreciation to Danny and Johnny the fitters, who were efficient, friendly, quick and extremely clean and tidy. Our shower was expensive, but the quality is brilliant and worth every penny.”

“Ms S 61056 It has been maybe 4-6 weeks since I my first initial review was posted someway down this thread however I do now find myself here to report some good news. It took some time for me to speak to the person I really needed to in order to get things moving on behalf of my Auntie and Uncle however we eventually did. The original installation was installed as a combi shower however it was felt this was not the ideal choice and things may have not been explained as clearly as they should have been during point of purchase. Secondly there was also a faulty inlet valve identified by a follow up engineer some time after the installation and this was why there was not a constant delivery of temperature. It was at this point 'Kirsty' in Customer Relations became involved. Kirsty took a personal interest in this issue and offered a full replacement back panel and electric shower to be fitted free of charge, At all times since Kirsty became involved I was kept up to date and informed of what was happening and when. I never had to make another call to Aquability. This installation has now been completed and my Auntie reports she is thrilled with her new shower as it now completely minimises her chances of falling in a bath, whilst trying to also get in and out or said bath at 80 years plus. Her quality of life has improved and she can once again enjoy a shower. My personal thanks will go to Kirsty, thank you for your considerate and caring intervention. Best Wishes Chris”

“We had a problem when the engineer left but I rang the number and the engineer returned and repaired it. The floor to ceiling pole was also loose but other than that we are very pleased with the shower.”
