“After paying £9000 for a shower pod...the installation went fine ...but find your customer service and after care abysmal......all you want is more money for a further guarentee.....you mustn't have much faith in your products only guaranteeing them for one year...you should take a leaf out of Plumbworld ..they have a no quibble guarantee...the best customer service...wish we had had the whole bathroom done by them......would never recommend you... “The service from Aquability has been outstanding, well done! There was a hiccup on installation as the local fitter encountered problems on the previous job so couldn’t start as originally planned - but that is good as that means that he sees a job to completion, so a few days delay is neither here nor there. The local fitter in Cornwall (Mike) was superb, my parents are both so pleased (as am I) with the result and all the debris taken out was collected & disposed of as promised! Thank you Dr W T Dove”
