“Decent prices for branded stuff”

“I have just received my order in two parcels. As always your prices are excellent. The packing is appalling with soft/fragile items at the bottom and other heavy boxes placed on them. The cartons are really not strong enough to withstand the careless handling of delivery drivers on a long journey to France. One of the cartons had obviously been dropped (at least once) and three jars were broken. Every item in the order was covered in a sticky goo necessitating wiping before putting away. Biscuits and similar reduced to many pieces. I am sure that these left your premises in good order but the packaging is really inadequate. The cartons were left outside my house (no problem) and the driver shot off without notifying us of the delivery. The wet corner of one box may be the explanation why.”

“Tracking my order was very efficient, I followed it being packed and shipped. There are some good offers however some offers I do find are still quite expensive and could probably find the same product elsewhere in date for the same cost on here.”

“My order came quickly and the washing powder and toilet rolls so much cheaper than buying them at the shops, also a bonus I didn't have to go and get them they were delivered”

“Although there's frequently an item missing from my order there is never a problem with a refund of even the smallest amount. The customer service team are courteous, helpful and prompt. If only the items I discover I like were available when next I make an order, but that's just not the nature of Approved Foods. If only I had the courage to order the fish in a cool box. Doe anyone else have first hand experience to comment on?”

“Overall very pleased with how it was packed and quality of items. The lucky dip box was very random but for a £1.00 you really can't go wrong, although one item we had to search what it was as it wasn't written in English and couldn't tell what the item was. Would definitely buy again.”
