“Good products just not as discribed sometimes like bubble bath that came I actually thought I'd ordered shower gel like it said on line ect this was the case with somethings that the discription wasn't what it said that's the only thing”

“There always seems to be something missing or damaged on arrival. But they always credit the account without question. There is always a good selection and makes it worthwhile if you can get the max 25kg in the order. Though not good for the lady who delivers it as she struggles to lift it.”

“I had a problem with the delivery company because the driver went to the wrong address and I had a hard time trying to solve where the parcel was with the courier but Approved Food were very helpful and they chased the issue for me until it was resolved. Everything in the box was perfectly wrapped up and protected so it wouldn't get damaged on transit. Generally recommend.”
