“Excellent response and service. Delivered on time and the best price for products. This is a second time I purchased from Appliance Superstore. Highly recommended.”

“Washing machine and dryer were cheapest on the market, but the installation I paid for on the washing machine was terrible. Installer didn't level the machine and kinked the inlet hose when he shoved the machine under the worktop. Despite having just got out of hospital after brain surgery, I had to manhandle the machine back out, fix the kink, and push it carefully back in again to get it to work. The installer didn't leave the spanners to level the feet and I don't have anything that fits, so I'm left with a wobbly machine that shakes when it's used.”
