“U am really happy with the parking penalty that you overturned. But there was another ticket that was similar that was not. I don’t understand how one was overturned but other was not. I have used you in the past and have always had a good result.”

“Shouldn't have had the charge in the first place!I had proof that i parked at a kiddies play centre to drop my Grandaughter off but forgot put my reg number into the system. There should be e an appeal system for free so don't expect me to be impressed having to pay you £25!! My suspicions are rhat you all work together to get what you can from unsuspecting motorists.”

“I am not happy with the service this time that's because I been told if you pay 25£ we will cancel your ticket after paying 25£ 3 months later I had email from your people stated that I have to pay 130£ because that's best you could do, why not let me make payment first time anyway”

“Tho I used your service when I was being overwhelmed with tickets I had incrued from my previous job as mini cab driver so out of the 5 tickets I believe you only managed to get 2 down even with the excuse of being in the middoe pandemic I believe it wasn't as good as it could be ie completely sound reasoning”

“Instead of paying £50 for the fine Parking Appeals acted on my behalf for a sum of £25 and the parking ticket was cancelled. I’m pleased with the outcome I found the system strange: on the reverse of ticket is procedure to appeal and gives the email address for Parking Appeals. The person appealing then completes Parking Appeals form adding reason for appeal. At the end of form a page asks for £25 even though there isn’t a guarantee that the appeal is going to win, possibly the person appealing may feel frustrated that they may potentially be paying a total of £75.”

“Yes I have used parking appeals when parked in a hospital . Parked in a disabled bay with my badges but didn’t know I would be restricted for up to three hours . I got a ticket as I stayed for longer then the three hours which it dose day in the board only three hours . Parking appeal managed to cancel my ticket . I find the are good for certain situations and only pay 25 pounds . If your caught on camera you won’t stand a chance ., but still grateful for only paying 25 pounds”
