“My only criticism of this experience would be the lack of communication from them as l felt in limbo not knowing what was going on. Other than that all l can say is they have dealt with this fine which has been going on for over five years now and has caused me a lot of stress and for that I will be eternally grateful Thank you”

“The company maintains a high level of professionalism, consistently staying in touch and monitoring progress. Although the process took some time, my ticket was eventually reverted to the original one I had paid for, rather than the significantly higher cost. I extend my gratitude to Rebeca, Venessa and the entire team. Based on their performance, I wholeheartedly recommend this company, as my cousin, who used their services a few years ago, also had a positive experience.”

“During the postal strikes, it was this company that notified me that an order for recovery had been issued by tfl. No letters were being delivered and tfl did not want to acknowledge that postal strikes were even happening. There were over 13 postal strikes from Sept to Dec 2022. The post office depot refused to let me collect my letters, they're still there! This company told me to look on the tfl website. They logged a complaint at court and got the ticket reduced from £270 to £80!!!”
