Yes I have used parking appeals when parked in a hospital . Parked in a disabled bay with my badges but didn’t know I would be restricted for up to three hours . I got a ticket as I stayed for longer then the three hours which it dose day in the board only three hours . Parking appeal managed to cancel my ticket . I find the are good for certain situations and only pay 25 pounds . If your caught on camera you won’t stand a chance ., but still grateful for only paying 25 pounds
