“This service has been easy and reassuring from start to finish. “Absolutely a perfect service, really professional. I have used A place in the Sun currency on several occasions now and every transaction has been seamless, customer service is has been amazing. I dealt with a lady called Lauren who was so patient and explained the processes I needed to know clearly and put me at ease. Really competitive rates of exchange. “absolutely fantastic service from the team, but i need to specifically mention Lauren who has been very patient, especially when i have mithered, as understandable we are dealing with large sums of money, always courteous, we have been fully informed at every stage where we are up to. One other point, whenever you are dealing with money or transfers you always feel vulnerable but at no point did we ever feel like that with A Place In The Sun Currency. Brilliant Service cannot fault, infact not just very good - EXCELLENT service Janet, Allan & Matthew Taylor”

“We used A Place in the Sun currency to transfer funds to Spain to purchase our holiday home and have used them several times to transfer funds to our bank. Their rates are excellent and the service is fantastic - they are extremely quick to respond to queries and to fulfil our orders for currency transfer even at short notice. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend A Place in the Sun currency.”

“In my opinion, this company are very very bad. HSBC UK bank would not allow us to transfer money they said there was a potential fraud as they had found evidence they were registered as bankrupt when I explained this to PINS they took the money they already had and I lost £400. Be very careful if you are using them for large amounts of money transfer. Don't give them any money you can't afford to lose. There are many other sites that offer better rates.”

“Ashley was very helpful in this transaction to purchase our apartment in Spain. My requests to transfer different amounts to different places were actioned within 20 minutes. The rate we achieved compared to other competitors was much better too. In this transaction, we saved nearly £4000 compared to the best rate offered by a competitor. “I really struggled getting my head around the technology of transferring money, attaching g emails to pdfs and trusting someone with my lifestyle savings......it was scary. Lauren Buckner from A Place in the Sun Currency was a Saint. She took time to explain, talked me through each step on the phone and rang me back to explain the emails she would be sending and what to do. I was soon completing transfers on my own confidently and understanding the different daily rates. I cannot stress enough how this lady made buying our home a simple process. She was never condescending or assumed at any stage I could just do things. If like me you are of a certain age I cannot stress how easy they make the process. I must say the younger staff weren't as patient and if I got put through to them I could tell instantly by the tone in the voice it was just a job to them, not an but Lauren and Simon and Paul a pleasure. Thank you”
