Applying service. They have had my parcel now for 3 weeks and not once has delivery been attempted. Emailed 3 times no reply. Rang 3 times (on hold over an hour ) but on each occasion I was promised it would be delivered the following day and it’s never turned up. I wouldn’t order from any company again which use this delivery service.

Absoloutley shocking service, I missed a delivery on 18th January, I rearranged it for the following day knowing someone would be in no one turned up, I have rang waited in a queue to be finally 1st in the queue then the phone just rings and rings no answer, I have also emailed them with no reply, I work in customer services myself and I expected better than this. Absoloutley appalling they either need more staff or they need to sort out the staff they have got, im now without my parcel and I'll be surprised if I even get it, money thrown away

Been waiting a week for my parcel. It’s been out on delivery 4 times and returned back to the depot 4 times. Not once have they been to my home. Each day I received an email stating a time span of a couple of hours but they never turned up. I’ve emailed the email address that apc keep posting on here but no reply as of yet, not expecting one. May have to cancel my order.

The driver informed me that he needed to take my photo to leave my parcel. What a joke! Why could he not put the parcel in the porch and take a photo of the parcel? Completely inappropriate behaviour

Absolutely toxic cowboys, ignore both telephone calls & emails. Went to deliver a clearly smashed 2 metre long floor mirror, we refused delivery. We check tracking & says delivered, fraudulent outfit, avoid at all costs

Couldn’t deliver as I wasn’t home. They wouldn’t leave so organised a delivery for a day I knew I could be home. NO delivery!!!! Called and waited for 4 hrs 38 minutes for an answer only for the message to go from ‘please wait’ to a continuous ring. Shocking and diabolical service . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Appalling customer service. If I could publish less than 1 star I would.

I have used many couriers over the years but APC’s service and standards are by far the most appealing of any other courier. I ‘ve been sent a parcel which I cannot track - just because, no teasing behind it, called the depo to get a possible ETA and —— been on hold for 4 1/2 hours !!! and after experiencing the longest hold of my life, no one is picking up the phone on the other end of the line. The lowest Inexcusable level of service I have ever experienced in my life. Avoid like the plague.

Reading all the reviews says it all - driver says he has attempted delivery which clearly is not the case as I am sat waiting for it - not only once but 4 times in 1 week - rung customer services which is no better - shocking !

Parcel delivered, looked like it had been thrown with considerable force, polishing machine inside was ruined. You had one job !!!! What's the point of delivering stuff if you destroy it in the process ?

Not great at all. Called due to late delivery only to be rudely told in the ealing branch that the package had not been received from the distributor. After calling the distributor they found that it was actually in their depot and had been scanned, then they refused to pick up the phone. Really bad customer service.

Parcel at APC depot 30.12.21 still not delivered 12.1.22. Rearranged delivery as original del driver speed off before we could open front door. Rearranged del never appeared. Customer services said "oh I didn't put in van will deliver tomorrow ". Waited in no delivery. Delivery to be 11.1.22 still no delivery !!! Depot said driver was 10 mins away 3 hours later not delivered . Company is a joke AVOID.

I would like to complain about one off your drivers. Hes name is paul. He delivers at Croft ltd. He where's glasses and is chubby. I do not know is last name. He keeps on stalking me where I work,live, and shop. If this continues I will have to involve the police. I will start to take photos and send them on to you as proof. Jackie.

It has been two days and my parcel still haven’t arrived. This was supposed to be a “next day delivery” service. I contacted the company who promised it would be delivered today, but again it did not arrived. Tried contacting them again but they then stopped responding to me. Very poor service experience.

What went wrong is not the right question! So, far it would be better to ask if anything has gone right, to which the only answer would be 'nothing at all'! A parcel was despatched to me on 30th November, and was received in your Edinburgh depot on 1st December. Despite being 'overnight', no attempt was made to send it out until 17th December, when a delivery in a two hour slot was promised. It did not arrive and no subsequent attempt has been made to attempt delivery. Daily phone calls from me and from the company sending the parcel were met by assertions that 'it was out for delivery today' or 'is going out tomorrow' (sometimes both statements were made in a single day). It seems as if call centre staff have access to no reliable information themselves and instead have been instructed to lie to customers, to fob them off with meaningless promises. When taxed with this, one receptionist admitted she could give no guarantee that the promised delivery would actually occur. This is utterly disgraceful. Other delivery companies have been on occasion a day or two late over this period, due to Covid related problems. APC is now ONE MONTH LATE with an overnight delivery. There is no point in my being stern with the call centre staff. The problem lies entirely at the feet of the management of the Edinburgh depot. If APC customer relations wishes to respond to this review, may I ask whoever does so not just to say they are sorry I have had a bad experience - in fact the worst ever encountered with a courier company - but instead to give some assurances that, firstly, the problem will be sorted immediately, and secondly, that steps will be taken to prevent anything like it happening again.

Dreadful company. They appear to be still in the dark ages. No delivery updates that are of any use. No delivery time slot Tried to organise re-delivery and can`t. Even parcel force give better updates and delivery time slots. Their reviews speak for themselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY

delivered to an address in Southampton as this is the closest address to mine with similar name. i would not recommend this company to deliver any kind of parcel as they appear to not be able to read the label which clearly stated not only my post code but my town as well. the parcel ended up being delivered by a Samaritan whom could have easily kept the item that i had ordered.

20 days that my parcel is stuck at Edinburgh depot. The local team do not answer on the phone and when I went on site they couldn’t find my parcel. Their centralized office has not been able to help neither. Today I received a text saying that the parcel would finally be delivered and a few hours later I received a second text saying that they missed me because I was not home. This is absolutely wrong, I was present and they didn’t even show up or try calling. I am now fighting with the central office to reschedule a delivery and I jut been hanged up on. Next day delivery service - WHAT A JOKE

I’ve used APC for my business for a few years with no issues, however if you need to make a claim don’t bother! I’ve never dealt with a company so blatantly uncooperative in my 22 years of business. What should be a simple claim as they damaged a £500 motorcycle part in transit, has been a backward and forward chain of messages that have asked for things, taking a week to acknowledge returned email and then saying “claim closed” because it’s taken too long! I have given them numerous ways to sort this out and now am taking them to small claims court and reporting them to trading standards!
