There were issues with my parcel, but they were resolved. I understand that delays are likely due to covid. If I could delete my previous review, I would. Thank you, customer relations!

For anyone considering using APC Overnight Couriers, don’t bother, save yourself the time, stress and frustration. Day 1: You’d think that when something is set for ‘NEXT DAY delivery’ that it would be delivered next day! Oh no. Absolutely not. Instead they lead you to false hope, sending you delivery time slots and tracking ID numbers- only for the tracking ID to be cut off before your parcel has even been delivered!! So when you call the depo for an update you get ‘don’t worry it will definitely be delivered today’ - okay cool you’d think, confirmation. Great. Oh no...then they don’t even deliver it anyway! So when you call back the depo, they don’t even answer. So now that’s a day wasted, waiting in for a delivery that doesn’t even get delivered. A day of hoping to finally see my baby’s pram- ruined. Day 2: Another text message with a delivery time slot and tracking ID...great, finally getting somewhere. The tracking ID doesn’t even work properly! Albeit, 2 of the parcels were delivered... (finally). But where’s the third?! You know, a pram comes in multiple boxes, and it’s no good having missing pieces! So again, you ring up the depo to track the 3rd parcel because yesterday it said it was ‘out for delivery’ but today there’s nothing for parcel 3. In their words they ‘have no idea where it is’!! - great customer service I must say - I’m sorry but when you’ve just paid a large amount of money for brand new pram you’d hope it was going to be looked after during transition instead of being left here there and everywhere!! So finally, as it turns out the parcel has been ‘accidentally’ left at the hub and will be delivered tomorrow. Not good enough. At all. Not when it was supposed to be delivered NEXT DAY. So much stress has been caused by this and the customer service is absolutely diabolical.

Diabolic service,untruthful & disinterested customer service staff. always deliver before Open for business but this time say tried to deliver when we were closed sadly the time of photo proof does not agree time open & in attendance,just the usual excuse for not next day I have now blacklisted APC overnight with all my suppliers

Incompetent & untruthful always worse than useless customer service staff totally unhelpful and indifferent to customer I have now blacklisted Apc service from all my suppliers

For 16 days I’ve been trying to get my parcel been told driver didn’t put it on the van on more than 1 occasional then told yes it’s on the van I personally put it on still no delivery had a driver come nope my parcel not on the van I’ve spent countless hours speaking to them they just give you a load of excuses not allowed to collect my parcel due to covid everyone should definitely avoid using this company at all costs not sure how there able to provide this service as it’s the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and no they don’t return your emails because on top of phoning them I’ve emailed them 4 times this company is a complete shambles

Useless, delivery driver failed to note request to leave with neighbor, as we needed to be away on the day, ignored the large label marked perishable goods, droped the parcel in front of a South facing door a 11:10 AM, in the full Sun. called depot spoke to Ja, just stated that the delivery driver left as instructed, and he will speak to them. Appreciate the short time allowed per delivery, but leaving perishable goods in full sun, when shaded area is available, or could have been left with any of three neighbors!

Totally useless, ignored the redelivery and came when they wanted. It's impossible to organise a time that suits. They lie when you call them and tell you it'll be with you within certain times and no one ever shows up (this has happened twice!). They make it impossible to obtain your parcel which basically amounts to theft! Wouldn't use in a million years and wouldn't use a company that contracts them for delivery. The lady on the phones at the Banbury depot is quite possibly the rudest woman I've ever spoken to and despite promising to call me back with news on my parcel she didn't! I've written off ever receiving it.

Very aggressive courier. He didn't ring the doorbell only banged on my window and then when I answered the door he threw my package at my feet and went off on one about how I didn't answer and how he didn't do doorbells? Grateful for the fast delivery, but I've never had someone tell me to f*** off on my doorstep.

I was expecting delivery of a parcel on 8/8/20, it didn't arrive despite me staying in all day for it and knowing that they already had it in their "delivery depot." 10/8/20, still no parcel so I contacted them only to be told it was still in their depot as the driver had "forgotten" to take it and it wouldn't be delivered that day either, I'm currently still waiting for it despite the fact the parcel is time critical. The company is called "APC Overnight," as I still haven't received my parcel 3 days later even though it's in their depot, that is the last thing this company should be called, I would suggest they change their name to "We'll deliver it when we can be arsed!"

No response for several days now, no updates, still unable to track the parcel. They don’t respond via phone or e-mail. You should absolutely avoid every company that uses this courier service. I have never heard of anything like that.

Supposedly tried to deliver, but left card instead. I was in all day, and in fact answered the doorbell to another delivery company within 15 minutes of the time on the card, so doorbell was working. Rearranged delivery for next day, Friday, using online system, received confirmation email. Waited in all next day, but no delivery. Tried ringing depot before closing time, but no answer. Next morning, Saturday, rang depot again, told issue with new tech, so online changing delivery date not working. Told rather abruptly that as all deliveries for that day were now organised, i would have to wait until Monday, and ring again to sort new delivery date.

They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and they claim to deliver your package the next day. I don't know if I should stay home and expect the package or not since the tracking number is not even recognised on their official website.

Unfortunately I had to give one star as there os no option for ZERO STARS. Disgusting service. Depot does not answer the telephone or reply to emails and the online tracking is a joke. I was following the tracking today, I was deliver 19, it got to 18, then went to 15 and now no details at all. Pathetic

APC twice sent a text message with the delivery time of the parcel is always late on two or three hours. The team service is completely indifferent to the customer.

Appalling service! We have been waiting 4 days for a delivery that wasn't even attempted multiple times. The driver lied about trying to make the delivery. The call takers hung up on us and lied about re-delivery multiple times. We even sat outside at the end of our road for 4 hours waiting for another delivery attempt which wasn't made and no updates from the driver. 4 days wasted and still no successful delivery. Unacceptable.

asked for item to be picked up and delivered to me gave full description of item and weight length ect paid apc p&p , the item was picked up asked driver if it was ok ? driver said yes but was a little rude and very blunt ,now item is being returned to collection point at cost to me ? i now have no item and lost a customer due to apc's incompetence and depot branch manager deliberate awkwardness will never use again and advise others not to.

I was just about to jump into the shower when there was a knock at the door. Dogs both ran down and barked at the door as they usually do when someone calls (They’re big dogs, loud too) I’m naked, scurrying around trying to put some clothes on, and as I’m trying to conceal my modesty as I make my way to the front door, the delivery driver just lets himself in! Actually opens my front door, dogs run off into the street and I’m left stood at the bottom of my stairs, half naked, with some random bloke in the hall. I’ve made a complaint over the phone with Darren and he did say he was going to deal with the matter but because I was still in such a mix of emotions I don’t feel like I put across how bad this could have gone. My dogs aren’t bad dogs, but they do have anxiety and I’m actually a little shocked he didn’t receive a nip for entering their territory without me or my partner right with them. If he had been bit would that have come back on me? I’d like to think not as he opened the door! What if they’d have been hit by a car?! I was half dressed for crying out loud. (I think I’m still really effed off) Darren said he would update me as to the status of my complaint but didn’t take my number so, if possible can I be emailed about this? Thank you.

A parcel delivered with this courier was supposed to arrive on Friday morning. I waited in that entire day and again on Saturday but nothing arrived, and I heard nothing from them. After contacting them on multiple occasions, the parcel finally arrived on Tuesday. If I had not contacted them I doubt the parcel would ever have emerged from their warehouse. They were rude over email and nobody answers the phones. They should be offering a refund, but I did not even get an apology for the very late parcel and my time wasted.
