“The allocated drivers did everything I would hope for and good communication. The piano stool had been wrapped in blankets and strapped firmly to the van. They delivered a little after the agreed time slot, but our property is difficult to find and they were on the end of a mobile number. Definitely recommend the service.”

“I was quoted well over £2,000 for my 2 bed house move from Berkshire to Herefordshire with me doing all the packing. I found AnyVan online and didn't realise they were real people; I assumed it was just a 'man-in-a-van' dating app. I put my requirements in long before I had a firm moving date and within hours was drowning in offers from the sublime to the ridiculous and everything in between. When I got a phone call from a young lady 'from AnyVan' I asked which one. Of course the penny dropped eventually and we had a great chat about the move and she advised me to call back once I had a firm move date. And this is where the problems started. The legal wranglings of my move dragged on and on and after the exchange deadline passed I was panicking about not having a removal company lined up. In the interim, I spotted an AnyVan liveried van down my street, just finishing loading and before I got to them they had disappeared. I went and asked the young mother who was leaving us what she thought of the service. She hadn't spoken to anyone at AnyVan, having done everything online. Her team drove from Sheffield in the north of England overnight, loaded her 2 bed house into one van, drove it to Cornwall and then went home to Sheffield in the evening. Amazing! She was delighted and even more delighted at the price of £850! That clinched it for me. AnyVan couldn't have done more. They put my requirements up on the site and helped me through the quagmire of choosing a team from the dozens of quotes I received. There was lots of doubt in some of the movers minds as to whether all my garden and workshop 'stuff' would fit in two vans and the day was getting ever nearer. AnyVan talked to a few of the moving teams and eventually found Albert Miles (his Anglicised business name, although I prefer his real Lithuanian name). They promised to send one van with two guys at 7am and two more vans with three guys at 9am. Bearing in mind that this was an internet transaction, there was a certain trepidation on my part as the day drew nearer. I need not have been concerned. The team that AnyVan put on my case were efficiency, pleasantness and hard work personified. Without the various guys at head office working to get my move underway, even on a Sunday after the London knife attacks, I would never have found the great team I got. And all of this? It cost me the princely sum of £1,103 and the Lithuanians didn't want the two or three days to do the load, move and unload as did the big boys. Oh no! They rocked up at 7, worked like slaves till the vans were full and left my old home at about 10:30 with all my 'stuff', my motorcycle, my entire garden and my wine collection in two of the three vans. The other van went off to do another job. At the other end, everything was put exactly where I wanted it, the now reduced team of three guys working just as hard in the crippling heat as they had in the morning and by 4:30 they were gone. Now, that's what I call service both from the movers and from they great guys at AnyVan!”
