Buying in the sale a few small items for Christmas at a reduced price excellent. Shame the cost of the parcel was as much as the items purchased.

Dear Anorak team, Thanks for giving us this chance to know our opinions, I didn't find myself comfortable writing mine in Instagram let's say... When I did my purchase I thought I was buying pure british products, meaning designed and created by english people and manufactured in England. To be honest, I've founded quite upsetting to see the "made in China" label. I believe we pay a fare good price (there are sooo many bags around there a lot cheaper made in China) for a nice design, good quality of cotton, attention to detail and so, but I thought part of the price was for being made in England, with all what that means (respecting labour's hours, good salary, etc) Who knows where was this made? Which factories? Do they respect labour's rights? Etc etc... It would go a lot more with your shop I think, if you would make your things local, in UK. I see it "more Anorak", at least thats is what I thought, when I was doing my shopping... For a "made in China" bag, I would by one in Ikea a lot cheaper and quite the same... All the best! I ordered a clothes peg bag - it was so attractive in the photo that I ordered a second as a gift. When they arrived they were tiny. They are also badly designed with no cover over the pegs. Postage costs means it's not worth returning them but I won't be giving the gift. Disappointed.

Matt is lovely except one thing.....too small. It would be much better to have a choice in sizes. I would not mind to pay a bit more for a larger size.

Box is nice but in my opinion is still a bit over-priced even at the reduced price of £66. There was a mark on the outside and a few lumps and bumps inside - quality for the price is not great. Decided to keep it as my toddler loved the rabbit print and it makes a nice toy storage box.

Open the box and found the product was put upside down, and the surface of the product is a bit yellow from spot to spot, not all white, not sure if this product is brand new, and so a bit disappointed, hope the product can be packed more carefully and the product can be presented as brand new product.

Products lovely, unfortunately missed the first delivery so phoned ukmail to ask if an evening slot was possible as I work during the day and the depot is miles away (I don't have transport) Was told I'd have to contact Anorak as evening delivery more expensive! The man I spoke to at ukmail was blunt, indifferent and not at all pleasant. Ended up having the parcel delivered to my daughters workplace which was not ideal. Probably won't order from Anorak again. Wish the website stated which delivery company they used. Presumed at the p+p I'd paid was arriving by normal post
