“Really like the towels! Speedy delivery. But Anorak really need to sort out their packaging - two towels, both wrapped in plastic, inside a padded envelope inside yet more plastic. Seriously irresponsible packaging, and totally un-necessary.”

“Products looked nice online. Website looks nice. I like the patterns and the fact that you can get a large wash bag. I didn't like the wash bag at much when it came, the quality wasn't what I expected and I was a little disappointed. Ghost I got it in the sale!”

Our large wash bags are made in UK from a very good supplier and we find most of our customers rate the quality highly. Finally, if you would like to return the item, we offer free, no-quibbles returns providing items are returned in their original condition.

“The bath sheets are lovely however the duvet I felt was a very thin quality given the price. I don't think the duvet was worth the price charged.”

“The product itself, which I was buying as a last minute gift, was very good. It is a shame I paid extra for Saturday delivery and the item was not sent as such leading to the gift being late, although they were very good at apologizing and refunding the cost of postage.”

“The parcel from Anorak was absolutely filthy when it arrived. I would hate to see the state of the inside of the delivery van. Luckily I had ordered towels because I needed to wash my hands immediately after handling the package! The towels themselves were fine. I washed them before use (as instructed) and tumble dried them. I have to say they have shrunk by a couple of centimetres, which isn’t a problem for me as they were a bit big for the rail I wanted to hang them on.”

“I have recently received the stag table mats, oven gloves, tray and mugs! Wow, they look amazing! The mugs, oven gloves and tray in the sale were an absolute bargain and I am very pleased. The table mats are however disappointing. We are a family of 5 and so I ordered 2 sets. £50! On the first use a small amount of water was spilt at the edge of one of the mats. We didn't wipe until the end of the meal but it had already caused the surface to ripple lift. I wanted to use them on a daily basis but don't think they are up to that kind of use.”

“I really love the ducky design. It was great to get the teatowels at sale price as well. I was disappointed to find the picnic blanket isn't really a blanket at all. It is just a waterproof backed cotton sheet. I was at least hoping for a soft brushed cotton. I haven't returned it because the size and design are good, and I understand it can be washed in the washing machine, which is very practical.”

“I bought a cool box, which is great and some tea towels which are disssapointing. They faded after one wash and look a little sad. Delivery time was amazing.”

“Products are good but I had a problem with the order as the basket emptied and so I submitted another one to find the original one had in fact been generated. I tried emailing, phoning, left a message. There was no response from Thursday night to Tuesday. I ordered through Amazon and they could only refer me to Anorak.”

“Terrible delivery experience from UKmail. The product itself has a lovely print but wish I had realised the tablecloth is not hemmed - just a large sheet of cloth/fabric. Felt it was rather overpriced.”

“Bought a few items, face cloths, tray and ironing board cover. Very happy with first two items, lovely quality. However the ironing board cover size stated was bigger in measurements then the brabantia covers that I normally buy, yet upon arrival it only just goes over the edges of the board, so actually not as big, wasn't impressed.”
