“Always fast shipping and most of the time I'm happy with the products. Unfortunately no communication when there's something out of stock, which would be nice as I still pay as much shipping cost for less shipped items. It would be nice to know about items being out of stock before the order is sent.”

“Good company to deal with. Deliveries are usually actioned quickly and efficiently. Delays at peak trading periods as you would expect. Some damages, but overall well packaged. I have used the bulk and dropshipping options. My main suggestion would be if there are OOS products, could we be told about it. It currently doesn't show on the web order and the refund email just shows a value being credited to my card. Now I am waiting wondering what is coming and what is not. Just a line on the notification email would be great. Also a previous reviewer spoke of CSV feeds for stock on the drop shipping site, I agree the more information me the sellers have the better. The more we can sell. Some of the drop shipping prices are very high so there is very little margin left, but the service is good. Lesa”

“Great products and great prices. Constructive comment would be I was dissapointed the note I left regards gold lids wasn't considered. I didn't understand that the lids didn't come with the glass bottles (which in itself I find a little frustrating) so I asked for gold lids in the notes on the order and I got nothing back even to advise I'd misunderstood the process. Which meant I had 12 gold bottles with no lids that I couldn't use at the fair I bought the items for so missed out. Other than that every other part of your site, staff and service was great and I think I would use you again. Thank you”

“I love your website and the wide range of products you have. Unfortunately on my last order I ordered 12 units of one item instead of 2, as I didn't notice that when typing 2 into the quantity box, the 2 was added to the already in situe minimum purchase quantity of 1. Is this something that could be tweaked? Perhaps your system could allow an over type rather than an additional digit. Ultimately it was my error for not checking carefully, but I'm sure I'm not the only one! Many thanks Louise”

“Very pleased with the speed of delivery. Costs are good and really like the natural range. The £100 bonus wasn't much good; 2 boxes of incense, 4 masks and a pack of fighting sticks seemed more like £20. The natural jute trays are fantastic and will save us loads of space as they fold flat. Will reorder and recommend”

“The service and delivery are excellent, the only reasons I did not rate 5 stars are that the coconut dragons seemed as if the paint was still wet when packed due to the paper sticking to the body and needed to be peeled off and then the patches repainted plus the old style shaving kits needed to be opened and the boxes repaired then repacked. Other than this the overall value and service is very good.”
